Okay, I didn't measure anything I ate today, but I overestimated everything so I'm right around 977calories total which is A LOT but I had some blood sugar issues the other day(high) so I corrected with long acting insulin, and now I'm dealing with lows while trying to fast, and over corrected. Diabetes sucks people don't get fat okay, just don't it's not worth it.
Anyway sitting at we're just gonna say 1000 calories for today, and I think I can keep my sugar level with glucose tablets for the rest of the day, and just do better tomorrow. My food choices weren't great today, literally my own fault, I just grabbed whatever out of my freezer and nuked it in the microwave when my sugar tanked. Again my fault, I could have made better choices, my sugar wasn't low enough to be dangerous and I had time to make something lower in calories.
Tomorrow will be better, TODAY will be better, the day is not over, it's not totally shot in the foot. Overall I'm not doing horrible, it just feels that way because of what I ate.

neutral: emtpy not hungry or full, content
comfortably satisfied: hunger has been satisfied
very satisfied: hunger has been satisfied a little too well, full
beyond satisfied: starting to feel sick but manageable
uncomfortably over stuffed: feelings of guilt, heavy feeling, a bit nauseous, food coma
extremely stuffed: could throw up, bloated, feels heavy, sluggish, can't look at food

This is the hunger scale, knowing this can hep you read your body. I personally try to stay 3-6. This helps keep me with my from b1ng1ng/ overe4ting.
keepingn track of your feelings and emotions before and after you e4t is also helpful, so you can find patterns in your eating behaviors like:
(before) am i actually hungry?
(before) what is my hunger scale?
(before) am i sad?
(before) am i stressed?
(before) am i happy?
(before) am i angry?
(after) how much did i eat?
(after) what is my hunger scale now?
(after) how do i feell now?

The dumbest shit I've ever done is get the Nexplanon birth control implant, I CAN'T STOP EATING, the cravings are so bad, I literally eat until I feel sick and then keep going, I have to STOP or I'm going to lose all my progress.
Any of my other ana girlies have this issue with this or any other birth control?

Fast as much as you can when you are away from home which means no excuses
Sleeping with the stomach empty
Only having the drink that you like on Tuesday's ( is high in Cals 😭so I will just fast it off )
As a reward?? : next week ✌️🤞 I can have one ✨ 🤭 (no food)

On a super strict allergen reduction diet, went to the ER and spent SIX hours there last night after I ate something that made my tongue and lips swell up. Ya'll when I tell you there was more tongue in my mouth than teeth 😩 I have a known MILD dairy allergy but thinking it could have taken a swerve towards severe, so first we're cutting out dairy and going to see how that works. I guess this is goddess ana telling me to stop feeding my pork hole.
