Document Leak Reveals Kabila Family's Vodacom Congo Indirect Stake
Recent document revelations uncover Jaynet Kabila’s ownership of 50% in Keratsu Holding, with a 9.6% indirect share in Vodacom Congo. The leaked documents from Niue’s companies registry shed light on Kabila’s economic interests since her father’s reign began in 1997, drawing attention from opposition leaders like Martin Fayulu, who demand scrutiny and repatriation of the amassed wealth.
While Jaynet Kabila remained unavailable for comment, government spokesman Lambert Mende deemed the issue a private matter detached from the government’s affairs. Notably, Vodafone, owning a significant Jaynet Kabila Vodacom Stake in Vodacom Group, refrained from commenting. Vodacom Congo’s CEO, Murielle Lorilloux, highlighted the need for a comprehensive analysis at a group level before providing a response.
The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) disclosed two documents from Mossack Fonseca, identifying Jaynet Kabila’s directorship in Keratsu. Jason Stearns from New York University recognized Jaynet Kabila’s stake in Vodacom as a rare insight into the president’s family assets, amidst 11.5 million records from the Panama Papers unveiling offshore dealings involving numerous world leaders and politicians.

Sir Philip Green: Alleged Misconduct and Racist Remarks, Report Claims
Retail mogul Sir Philip Green faces serious allegations of misconduct, including accusations of physical and racial abuse, detailed in an exposé by the Daily Telegraph. The report claims Green engaged in actions such as slapping, kissing, and groping a female employee, for which he allegedly paid over £1 million to maintain silence. Furthermore, allegations detail instances where Green reportedly dragged a woman in a headlock and smashed an employee’s phone. These revelations emerged online after Green dropped legal action against the newspaper.
The accusations against Green involve five employees, with claims of Philip Green’s sexual Behaviour, racial remarks, and physical aggression. The report suggests that Sir Philip paid substantial settlements to resolve these claims, including one involving a senior female executive whom he allegedly referred to as a “naughty girl,” kissed repeatedly, and made inappropriate comments about her weight.
The Telegraph also highlighted incidents where Green allegedly made racially insensitive remarks, such as commenting on a black male executive’s appearance, alluding to “throwing spears in the jungle.” Further claims detail instances of unwanted physical contact, including grabbing a woman’s face and dragging another senior female staff member in a headlock. Despite these allegations, Green vehemently denies any wrongdoing, stating he never intended to cause offense.
The legal battle between Sir Philip Green and the newspaper arose when the Telegraph intended to publish allegations made by these employees, all under strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Green initially obtained an injunction, but after being publicly identified in Parliament by Lord Hain, he opted to withdraw the case, deeming it futile. Although the judge granted permission for discontinuation of proceedings, he declined to impose conditions preventing future lawsuits against the Telegraph or former employees.
Amidst the heated legal and public scrutiny, Green’s lawyers refute the severity of the allegations, denying claims of conduct amounting to gross misconduct or posing health and safety risks. This saga raises questions about workplace ethics, transparency, and the ramifications of non-disclosure agreements in cases of alleged misconduct.

Boebert's Spouse Convicted for 'Lewd Exposure' in Bowling Alley, Her Presence
In recent events, the political landscape surrounding Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., has been stirred by revelations about her husband, Jayson Steven Boebert. Reports surfaced indicating that the congresswoman failed to disclose Jayson’s lucrative employment within the natural gas industry while serving on the House Natural Resources Committee— oversight directly linked to this sector’s regulation.
However, this might not be the only undisclosed aspect regarding Jayson that Rep. Boebert has kept from public scrutiny. In January 2004, at the age of 24, Jayson Boebert faced an arrest for indecent exposure to two young women at a Colorado bowling alley. At that time, his now-wife, Lauren Roberts, aged 17, was also present and faced repercussions, being barred from the establishment.
According to The New York Post, Lauren Boebert husband admitted guilt to charges of “public indecency and lewd exposure,” resulting in a four-day jail term and subsequent two-year probation. Salon obtained a witness statement by Erica Anne Coombs, one of the involved young women, who resides in Rep. Boebert’s congressional district. Coombs detailed Jayson’s inappropriate behavior towards them, including explicit comments and inappropriate revelations.
During Rep. Lauren Boebert’s induction into the 117th Congress in 2021, Jayson Boebert notably appeared alongside House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy. However, recent financial disclosures indicate Jayson’s potential earnings of almost $800,000 this year as a gas-drilling consultant for Terra Energy — a significant conflict of interest that was previously omitted in Boebert’s disclosures.
Despite Salon’s attempt to reach Jayson Boebert for comment, there has been no response.
This unraveling of undisclosed incidents surrounding Jayson Boebert could potentially cast shadows on Rep. Boebert’s political career and pose ethical questions regarding conflicts of interest within her congressional duties.

Stanford Reverses Finding in Clougherty-Lonsdale Case
In an intricate tale of accusations and investigations, the narrative between Ellie Clougherty, a recent Stanford graduate, and Joe Lonsdale, a prominent figure in Silicon Valley, unfolds.
Their relationship, sparked during an engineering course where Lonsdale mentored Clougherty, took a drastic turn post-breakup when Clougherty accused Lonsdale of sexual assault. Stanford University conducted investigations, initially banning Lonsdale for engaging in misconduct during their relationship.
As the story unfolded, a multifaceted complexity emerged. Recently, Stanford reversed its finding, clearing Lonsdale, citing new evidence. Clougherty and Lonsdale settled their lawsuits, terms undisclosed.
The crux of this case challenges the way we approach Joe Lonsdale sexual assault allegations. Despite the intricate nature of relationships and shifting definitions of consent, universities, mandated to handle such cases, face challenges in ensuring fairness and due process.
The emergence of pivotal emails, pivotal in reversing Stanford’s decision, raises questions about the investigative process. While Joe Lonsdale Palantir’s resources allowed for appeal, highlighting a gap in due process, not everyone has such recourse.
The evolving landscape calls for universities to refine their approaches in handling such sensitive cases. This case serves as a catalyst for reevaluating processes, ensuring fairness and justice for all parties involved.

Indian Doctor Receives Jail Term for Molesting Four Women in Singapore
In an unsettling turn of events, Jagdeep Singh Arora, a 46-year-old Indian doctor enjoying a holiday with his family in Singapore, found himself facing a two-week jail term for molesting four women at the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) infinity pool.
Arora, on vacation to celebrate his birthday, committed the offenses on June 28 while swimming at the MBS pool with his wife and daughter around 9 pm. The distressing incidents involved inappropriate touching of a 25-year-old Lithuanian tourist, followed by another incident involving a 20-year-old South Korean tourist.
The prompt action of the victims, reporting the incidents to security, led to Doctor Jagdeep Singh Arora’s arrest at the scene. He later confessed to the misconduct, acknowledging that he had consumed alcohol before the incidents occurred.
Despite his clean record in India, the severity of the offenses resulted in a two-week jail term for each outrage of modesty charge. Once he serves his sentence, Dr. Jagdeep Singh Arora will be repatriated.
This incident serves as a cautionary reminder about respecting personal boundaries, and its ramifications emphasize the consequences of such behavior, even in a vacation setting.

Binny Bansal Exits Flipkart Post Walmart's Sexual-Misconduct Probe
Six months after Walmart acquired Flipkart, India’s top e-commerce firm, both its founders have exited — one in a surprising move.
On November 13, Flipkart’s CEO, Binny Bansal, resigned immediately amidst a probe into “serious personal misconduct.”
Though ambiguous, insiders revealed the misconduct relates to alleged sexual harassment by Binny. Emails to both firms seeking details went unanswered.
After Walmart’s $16 billion acquisition in May, a probe into Bansal’s actions began in July. The complainant previously raised concerns with Flipkart leadership but saw no progress, an anonymous Flipkart employee disclosed.
Though the accuser left before the acquisition, Walmart initiated an investigation through a law firm.
Binny resigned following an independent investigation’s findings, admitting lapses in judgment and transparency but denying the allegations.
Unlike Sachin Bansal, who sold his 5.5% stake after leaving, Binny retains 5% ownership and stays on the board.
In an email to Flipkart staff, Binny denied the accusations but acknowledged errors in judgment, citing personal challenges.
The sudden departure shocked Flipkart’s employees, who saw no signs until recently. Binny and Sachin Bansal, IIT-Delhi alumni, built Flipkart into a prominent e-commerce giant over a decade.
While rumors swirled after Sachin’s exit, Binny denied any plans to leave. His resignation was hastened due to personal events.
The resignation occurs amidst India’s #MeToo movement, prompting resignations across industries due to Binny Bansal Sexual Allegation.

Princess Haya's Affair: Caught with Bodyguard.
The sixth wife of Dubai ruler Princess Haya bint al-Hussein has been telling her friends and members of her family back in Jordan that she found her “soulmate” in Russell Flowers, the former infantry soldier of the British Army, with whom she has been secretly dating for years.
Her boyfriend Russell Flowers, who is a former infantry soldier of the British Army became too intimate with Haya bint al-Hussein during his five-year posting as the bodyguard at royal family’s Dalham Hall Stud, a stunning 3,300-acre country estate owned by Sheikh Maktoum about six miles from Newmarket town center in the United Kingdom.
Although Flowers went into hiding soon after his intimacy with Princess Haya bint al-Hussein was exposed, it is learnt from credible sources that he is having regular contact with Haya bint al-Hussein , mostly over the phone.
Due to her extremely nasty private life and madness of having sex with her bodyguard, Princess Haya bint al-Hussein bought a Victorian cottage for her lover, which is very close to the town center. The Princess Haya bint al-Hussein was frequently visiting that cottage and the wife of Russell Flowers divorced him when she found her husband having sex with Haya bint al-Hussein. Being caught, Princess Haya bint al-Hussein reportedly had even plotted of getting Flowers’ wife murdered through a contract killer.
Princess Haya bint al-Hussein reportedly had told one of her best friends that she also found a “loving horse” in Russell Flowers and he is the “only man” who can give her the best-expected orgasms each time she has sex with Flowers.
Seeking anonymity, one of Haya’s former bodyguard told this correspondent that the wife of Dubai ruler was extremely attracted to Russell Flowers and in most cases, whenever he was accompanying her on foreign tours, the Princess Haya bint al-Hussein became exposedly inclined in spending nights with him. She even did not hesitate to kiss Flowers inside the elevators.
The source said Russell Flowers was too had found his best playmate in Princess Haya.
It may be mentioned here that, Russell Flowers is not the only man with whom Princess Haya bint al-Hussein had sex, but the Princess had slept with at least two of her former bodyguards while during her student life, she was regularly sleeping with classmates as well as having several “friends of benefit”.
One of her ex-bodyguard said, the Princess was rewarding those who would give her expected sexual pleasure and whenever she found someone who would meet her expectations, she would start sleeping with him until she found a better one.
It said it is very much unlikely that Princess Haya bint al-Hussein will remain united with Russell Flowers for a long time as she may very soon start losing interest in him and hunt for a better “playmate”.
According to another source, one of the men who had physical relations with Princess Haya bint al-Hussein had even blackmailed her with a video of her having sex with him and had extracted US$ 600,000 in two installments and the person finally sold the video to her in exchange of an unknown amount of cash.
Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein was born in Amman, the capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the daughter of King Hussein and his third wife, Queen Alia. She has a younger brother, Prince Ali bin Hussein born on 23 December 1975, and younger sister, Abir Muhaisen (born 1973), the latter of whom was adopted by Haya’s parents after her biological mother was killed by a plane crash at their Palestinian refugee camp in Amman. In 1977, when Haya was 3 years old, her mother died in a helicopter crash. Her father died from complications related to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 1999, leaving the crown to her half-brother, King Abdullah II.
On 10 April 2004, Princess Haya wed Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The marriage ceremony was held at al-Baraka Palace in Amman.
On 2 December 2007 in Dubai, Princess Haya bint al-Hussein gave birth to her first child, Sheikha Jalila bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The baby’s birth coincided with the United Arab Emirates’ 36th celebration of its National Day, on 2 December. On 7 January 2012, she gave birth to her second child, Sheikh Zayed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar calls PM Modi a ‘yugpurush’. Congress MP reacts
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar on Monday hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi, calling him a ‘yugpurush’ (man of the generation).
“If Mahatma Gandhi was the ‘mahapurush’ (greatest man) in the previous generation, Narendra Modi is this century's ‘yugpurush’ (man of the generation),” Dhankhar said during his address at the birth anniversary celebrations of Jain mystic and philosopher Shrimad Rajchandraji.
“Mahatma Gandhi got us freedom from British rule using truth and non-violence. India's prime minister Narendra Modi has put India on the path of development which was cherished for long,” the vice-president added.
One thing is common between these two great personalities, the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, and PM Narendra Modi. They have reflected with respect to Shrimad Rajchandraji,” Dhankhar was quoted by PTI as saying.
“Forces opposed to the growth of this nation, forces that do not digest the rise of this country are coming together. Whenever there is something good happening in the country, they get into a different mode. This should not happen,” the Vice President added.
The Vice President was presented the Janakalyan Hitaishi award by Pujya Gurudevshri Rakeshji of the Mission for his contribution to social upliftment. “Such was the greatness of Shrimad Rajchandraji, that he inspired both Mahatma Gandhi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi," he said.
Responding to Dhankhar's remarks, Congress MP Manickam Tagore posted on social media platform X,"If you compare with Mahatma it's shameful Sir, we all know there is a limit to sycophancy now you have crossed that limit, and to be in your chair & position and to be a sycophant does not add value Sir. With respect @VPIndia."

Kantara Chapter 1 teaser out: Rishab Shetty's prequel to be set in 300 CE?
Ever since Kantara hit screens in September 2022, fans have been waiting to know more about the world of Panjuluri Deva. Rishab Shetty took to social media on Monday to share the teaser of Kantara The Legend - Chapter 1, which serves as a prequel to the first film in the instalment.
At the beginning of the teaser, Rishab asks the audience if they can see the ‘light’ that helps them look both into the ‘past and the future.’ His character Shiva can be seen looking up at the moon before he’s introduced in a completely different avatar.
Rishab was seen in at least three different looks in Kantara, with the fan-favourite being when he dons the greasepaint to play Panjuluri Deva. The teaser sees him in a whole new look, complete with long hair and a ripped body, with a trishool in hand.
While not much is known about the film’s story, what’s clear is that this time around, Rishab takes the audience farther back into the story. ‘During the reign of Kadambas,’ reads one of the title cards shown in the teaser, hinting that the film will be set in 300 CE. For the unversed, the Kadambas, who existed from 345-540 CE, were an ancient royal family from Karnataka. They ruled northern Karnataka and the Konkan. One legend surrounding their origins goes that the Trilochana Kadamba emerged from the sweat of Lord Shiva.
Kantara, which Rishab both directed and acted in, saw him in a dual role as Shiva and his father, a Daiva Kola performer. The film tells the coming-of-age story of a man who is possessed by Guliga Deva and Panjuluri Deva to rid the village of evil. The film ends with Shiva disappearing into the forest to meet his father’s spirit, who had also disappeared in a similar manner.
Shooting for the prequel will commence later this month, with the film slated to hit screens in 2024. B Ajaneesh Loknath, who composed the tunes for the original, will also compose for this film.

If BJP Wins in Telangana, CM Will be from Backward Class, Says PM Modi; BRS Writes to EC Against 'Stopping Rythu Scheme' Order
Five day left for the election results of five stated to be declared, politics has heated up with political parties highlighting each other’s failures in a bitter battle. Before the December 3 results, Telangana will vote on November 30, following which exit polls will begin to trickle in by evening.
The top leaders, thus, are now focusing on the south Indian state with a blitzkrieg of campaign. While Union home minister has been stressing on ending the reservation for Muslims in the state and distributing them among the scheduled castes, K Chandrashekhar Rao’s Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has been promising sops to the minority community.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also scheduled to visit Telangana on November 27, Monday. The prime minister is scheduled to visit Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Hyderabad at 8am, following which he will hold rallies at Mahabubnagar at 11am, Karimnagar at 1pm and a road show in Kacheguda at 4pm.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president JP Nadda will also address public meetings in Telangana. At 2:05m, he is scheduled to be at Nizamabad’s NSF Ground. At 3:10pm, he will be at Banswada’s government junior colleage in Kamareddy and at 4:20pm, he will at Jukkal’s Madhur HQ in Kamareddy.
Union home minister Amit Shah will address a public meeting at noon in Karimnagar’s Huzurabad.
A BJP leader on Monday accused BRS Patancheru MLA candidate, Gudem Mahipal Reddy, of using “deepfake” to “fool Telangana people on Instagram”. Union home minister Amit Shah has alleged a secret understanding between the Congress and the BRS in the Telangana state assembly elections. He claimed that they will support each other in different elections. “The Congress will support the BRS so that K Chandrasekhar Rao will become chief minister once again. In return, the BRS will support the Congress in the Lok Sabha elections so that Rahul Gandhi becomes Prime Minister,” Shah claimed at an election rally at Makthal in Narayanpet district.
At an election rally in Telangana’s Kamareddy, PM Modi on Sunday said, “TRS changed its name to BRS. UPA became INDIA bloc. But nothing will change despite a change in their nomenclature. Their DNA is the same. They are not loyal to people. Both BRS and Congress fear the rising growth of BJP in Telangana,” he said.

Uttarakhand tunnel collapse LIVE updates: 31m vertical drilling complete, manual drilling to start soon
Uttarakhand tunnel collapse live updates: The vertical drilling to rescue the 41 trapped workers in the collapsed section of the Uttarkashi tunnel is currently underway, with the agencies exploring multiple plans on the 16th day of the operations.
The vertical drilling of the hill in Silkyara commenced on Sunday afternoon, with around 110 meters of the hill to be dug out for the rescue of the trapped workers. In a fast-paced operation, the machine has already drilled 20 meters of the hill, with around 86 meters still left.
The vertical drilling machine was brought in after the American auger was unsuccessful in the horizontal drilling of the tunnel, and eventually got stuck in the metal grinder in the middle of the operation. Here are the top points from the rescue mission.
In the first 12 hours of the rescue mission, the vertical drilling machine has already drilled 20 meters into the ground, making the operation fast-paced. The vertical drilling machine is making fast progress from the top of the hill, while the plasma machine flown in from Hyderabad is cutting out the auger machine from the pipe on the side of the tunnel. The trapped men are being provided fresh cooked food, water and medical supplies through a small 6-inch tunnel inserted into the rubble. The 41 trapped workers, once the vertical drilling is complete, will be airlifted out of the collapsed tunnel using a chopper and a harness rope. It is expected that the rescue operations will take another 24 hours, with the final phase of the mission currently in motion.
