a fnaf au. thomas is the newly hired security guard who's task is to watch the pizza place at night and make sure nothing bad happens. but we all know what happens so :/

roman and remus were the first animatronics to be born. the twins, yes, that's what everyone calls them. they're chaotic as hell. the twins perform on stage and usually tell stories or put on plays but there have been moments where they broke from their scripts and attacked customers and workers, but oh, never the manager. at night, when the security guard who refuses to quit comes, the twins are always the first to leave their spot.

patton was next. he was born to tell jokes and teach morals and guide children. he was like a nurturer, a babysitter some might say. he preferred kids under 10, they were the nicest. anyone over 13 were little, uh, bastards. one review had said that a group of teens had made an ill comment on the design of patton. the animatronic had laughed but the teens swore that the bright animatronic threatened to rip out their vocal cords. but no one is rlly sure. at night, patton is the swiftest to move around. he often likes playing pranks on the security guard.

then came deceit. no one's rlly sure what his real name is, though they all know he's a msssive liar. he often told riddles when he was still a main character, if someone got the answer correct, he'd give them a treat. he was a jokester, though, that all ended when he had an incident. now a days, deceit has no pattern on how he acts. his goal is to get to the main office, where the security guard watches over them.

then came logan. he's the exact opposite of deceit. his purpose was to assist parents and workers, as well as to spew correct information whenever a question was thrown his way. he is truthful and intintelligent. he has a small coin slot on his neck, so if someone were to insert a coin, you'd automatically be able to 1, enter a rap battle with him or 2, ask any question and receive a direct answer for five minutes. at night, he is clever and smart with his movement. he often catches the security guard off guard with his smart movements.

and last but not least, virgil was the last one to be born. he was created to be able to see things through the security cameras. he had the ability to monitor everyone during the day, as well as to control the music and many other things. however, his most important and fascinating thing about him was that he was able to keep the other animatronics in line. if anyone got out of line, he'd automatically send them a shock. the animatronics get three warnings = three shocks whenever they act out. if they act out the fourth time, virgil automatically shuts them off so they cool down. basically, he has 'control' over the animatronics and technology around the place, and by 'control' i meam he's forced to, if he doesn't the mechanics will think something's wrong with him. however, at night he has the actual control, he's not forced to shock or shut them, so he doesn't. he doesn't speak, or so people think. at night, he doesn't engage in trying to get inside the main office, though unknown to the others, he tries to help the security guard. security guards wear a small headpiece next to their ear, it's unknown to them why, but they wear it. virgil communicates with the security guard through this headpiece, but only if he sees that they're confused or starting to lose hope. he also gives random tips throughout the shift, but he never, NEVER tries to harm the security guard.

bonus BONUS; emile and remy! they're little plushies that sit inside the main office everyday, at every shift, at everytime. they giggle to scare the security guard, though are pretty much harmless. however, when the security guard runs out of power, their eyes glow in the dark and together they sing the song (u know what im talking about) as roman and remus stand on both sides of the windows.

an au in which roman and remus wake up in different universes. remus wakes up to the dark sides (he, deceit, and virgil) being the core 3. roman wakes up to the light sides (he, patton, and logan) being the rotten 3. the four other sides have no clue what's wrong with them and they're like ???.

the twins have to work together to go back to their original universe, but luckily, it appears that dr. emile picani and remy recognize who they really are and offer some assistance.

an au in which the sides are mythical creatures, mythical forest creatures. virgil is a nymph, remus and roman are goblins, deceit is an elf, patton is a fairy, and logan is an imp.

thomas is a young ordinary boy who falls into a rabbit hole and appears in a new world. his loyal and clever companions; remy the crow and emile the dove.

an au in which deceit is lucifer, falling after questioning Heavens motives, and patton is the archangel michael. i like to believe that virgil becomes deceit's loyal companion, and surprisingly enough, takes the form of the serpent from the garden of eden. the twins were separated at creation, roman flying up to heaven and remus falling to hell. remy and emile are adam and eve, emile later tempted into eating the forbidden fruit by the serpent virgil. im not sure about logan, though.

an au in which all the sides are some sort of monster/creature. remus is a prince werewolf and has come of age in which he and his brother, roman, must court someone. roman chooses the charming werewold deceit. remus, being the more daring and untraditional werewolf he is, decides to choosen the spider queen; virgil, the infamous killer queen.

an au in which remy runs a restaurant with his husband emile. the other sides are his employees, who cause more chaos than they need to but actually manage to make *chef's kiss* food. totally not based off of ratatouille.
