how to make your little go into little space 🦆

🍼 colour with them and/or compliment their colouring.

🍼 take them out on little themed dates.

🍼 watch cartoons with them.

🍼 hold their hand when crossing the road.

🍼 pick out clothes and dress them.

🍼 get their pacifier for them. (if they have one).

🍼 let them suck on your thumb.

🍼 tell them bedtime stories at night.

🍼 run them a bath and play with them in the water.

🍼 spend a day with them to do a sort of princess/prince day.

🍼 tell them to look both ways when crossing the road.

🍼 have a tea party with their stuffies and them.

🍼 treat their stuffies like they’re real (e.g. “does {stuffies name} want some food too?” “is {stuffies name} tired too?”

🍼 watch disney movies with them.

🍼 let them sit on your lap.

🍼 treat them as if they were little.

🍼 call them pet/nicknames.

🍼 cut up their food for them and fill their sippy cup for them. (if they have one).

🍼 tell them they’re too little to do something that they would usually do when they’re big.

falling into a little space is different for everyone. not all of these things will work for every little, and there are way more that’ll work for different people. these are just some of the ones that make me feel little.

🥕🥦Veggie Snacks🥦🥕

I don’t get why some regressors don’t like Veggies? Like, they’re so good! So here are some tips on how to eat them as healthy snacks!

🥦Steam your vegetable with butter. For the love of all that is good! Steaming your vegetables are super easy, they taste really good and they store well. I sprinkle mine with salt and pepper and eat them as they are.

🥦Chop them into cute shapes. Do this with help if you can’t do it alone. I’ll chop my cucumbers into stars, and eat my carrot sticks into squares and diamond. And I love eating bell peppers in sticks as well.

🥦Eat your veggies with your favorite dressings. Sometimes the flavor of veggies can be off putting, so get your favorite dressing and start dipping, plus it’s fun.

🥦Try new stuff. Try new vegetables and new way to eat them. Pick out a new veggie when you can, think of new ways to cook them or prepare them.

📚Reading Activities📚

Hello 🌟Fairytale Creatures🌟! Today we are introducing two new activities!. These activities will heavily focus on reading. The first activity is weekly reading charts! I've made a couple samples but feel free to use your own chart or make your own. Each week your reading goal will be 30 minutes. You can count reading for work or school as well as reading for fun. If you meet your goal you'll get 30 points for your team and points for yourself. If you go over your goal you'll get 5 team points and 1 individual point for every 10 minutes you go past your goal. 

The second activity is a worksheet you can complete anytime you finish a book. (Or if you want to do it for a favorite book or one you recently read that's fine too) You can print the sheet out to fill it in, use one of the apps to fill it out, or just type out the answers. This sheet is worth 20 points for your team and 2 points for you. In addition you will get points for reading or listening to a new book, comic book or manga. 

📖Picture book- 10 team points and 1 individual point📖

📘Short chapter book/audiobook and manga- 20 team points and 2 individual point📘

📚Long chapter book- 30 to 50 team points and 3 to 5 individual points depending on the length.📚

🌟Fairytale Daycare Announcement🌟

Hey Fairytale Creatures!! Today I would like to announce our new activity Writing Prompts!!! We will have two types of prompts. Little/pet prompts and big prompts. You can choose to do both prompts or only one of them. Each prompt will be worth 30 Team Points and 3 points for you. You don’t have to send a picture once you are finished unless you want to share your work with us. We are trusting all of you to be honest when you say you finished the prompt. We will post the prompts on Wednesdays and you will have one week to complete the prompts. This will start next Wednesday December 11th.

Also, as you may have noticed we have changed the colors of the teams, the Monarchs, and Nobles. I hope everyone is okay with the new colors. We’re going to start @ new roles for each of our activities. Just check the rulebook to see the list of all the roles and in the #role channel you will be able to add your new roles. If you were previously given the role by one of the Monarchs or Nobles you DO NOT need to add the role again. If you have issues adding the role just let one of the Monarchs or Nobles know in #Monarch help.

And lastly, I would like to introduce our newest bot, Todo. Todo is a to-do list bot. It’s very easy to use. To add a task to your to-do list just say “Todo add (Insert task here)” So if I wanted to add doing dishes to my list I would say “Todo add do dishes” To remove a task say “Todo remove (number of task) for example to remove “do dishes” I would say “Todo remove 1” And to show your to-do list you say Todo Show.
