1) Wait until you’re somewhat tired to do this.
2) Stare at the ceiling or wall until you zone out and your mind is empty.
3) 0nce you're zoned out close your eyes and imagine your DR, if you have a hard time imagining repeat affirmations.
4) Play subliminals, theta waves, music that reminds you of your DR (optional)
5) Fall asleep and you should wake up in your DR.

1) Relax and lay in a comfortable position.
2) Count until you feel relaxed and ready to start.
3) Think about your dr (what you're gonna do there, your friends, your love internet, memories etc) stop thinking about your cr.
4) When you feel ready imagine yourself in a dark room,lay down on your bed and visualise your dr room created around you (what are the colors of the wallpaper? Your desk? Bathroom? The pictures on the wall?) be precise.
5) Once you're done you can affirm (l'm in my dr, l have shifted etc)
6) After, visualize your dr self get up,feel everything;use your 5 senses, walk around the room and feel your emotions too.
7) Go back to your bed and affirm (l'm gonna wake up in my dr,you're gonna do etc)
8) Finally being disconnected to your cr,what you're gonna do with your friends? You can visualize and affirm while doing this and you should be there.

Hi, I wanted to ask you a question ! I am always affirming during the day and during the method, but I can never believe that I am going to get there completely, which works against me.could you give me a advice? thanks u <3
If you still have trouble tricking your subconscious that you believe in shifting, I want you to try this next time you’re affirming!
Start talking about what you’re currently doing!
Examples: ‘I’m showering’ & ‘I’m walking.’
So when it becomes time for you to start affirming, you can simply say ‘Oh, I’m shifting.’
But do not stress yourself out lovely, shifting takes time<3

1) When you shift you aren’t ‘going’ anywhere. You’re already in your DR, just need to become aware of it
2) blockages aren’t ‘real’ yes maybe you're having doubts but that doesn't change anything. you can shift just as easily with doubts and ‘blockages’.
3) using subliminals, methods, motivation etc. isn't going to make you shift. only you can make yourself shift.
4) shifting isn't easy. shifting is not as easy as breathing, its as simple as shifting. Stop over complicating it and just believe in yourself.

you will probably not shift on your first try! it can take months!
✯.★*°•.°✯•.★*°°·.•°★•✯.★*°•.°✯•.★*°°·.•°★•
the raven method: where you lay down like a starfish and make sure none of your limbs touch, then you count to 100, and let yourself sleep once you feel like you are in the reality and youve counted to 100. you can also affirm between each count. you might feel dizzy with this one.
the train method: imagine you are on a train to get to the reality you desire to be in. be very comfortable and self affirming your way there. imagine things from that reality, open your eyes once you’ve arrived.
the pillow method: write down affirmations and where you want to go. put them under your pillow and go to sleep, you can also place a script under your pillow.
the sunni method: lay down and feel that you are in the reality physically. the pillows, blankets, etc are IN your DR. feel it! constantly affirm and imagine you are in the reality until you’re asleep, open your eyes once you feel that you are there.
the elevator method: I don’t know much of this method, but basically you pretend you are in a elevator going up floors (say going up 30 floors) and affirming between each one. once you think you are there open the elevator doors and visualise yourself there. then go into your DR body and you should be there.
the estelle method: play a song, imagine your dancing and enjoying it with someone from that reality. then at the end they lead you to a door with a white light, say affirmations while walking through. you should only see the white light, and only feel the symptoms of looking into a bright light. then once they stop, go to bed.
