Thunder took over Stormclan for 10 moons before Hailclan's leader "killed" him. Now 2 moons of peace and now dead bodies are being found at the border with ritual markings,

Followers of the Storm
Mount Greylock, Massachusetts, the four clans have lived in peace. Until a cult known as Followers of the Storm shows up. Thunder with his charming words and trickery easily claims Stormclan under his control.
Claiming 6 of the Stormclan Leader’s lives for sacrifice Thunder attempts to claim all of the Hailclan Leader’s lives through poison but unfortunately the poison wasn’t strong enough. The leader then “killed” Thunder and the clans effectively drove the cult away into a complex cavern.
None of the clans could find them and so they decided to just restrict the caverns from any cat. Every kit, apprentice, and warrior knows to never set foot in there or talk to a cat that comes from there.
Meanwhile in the caverns, Thunder’s identical brother Chow, has risen to power and is now controlling the cult. Bodies have begun to pop up around the borders with ritual markings for curses and sins.
