A bleeding hearts prayer • • • The heart can feel so tender, like it is holding onto so much. Creating realms within ones emotional world untouched and unknown by those around them. Feeling heavy and high with the waves I am faced with, yet grateful and full from the love that surrounds me. Uncertain of how one can hold so much that brings such pain. Realities that repeat within, unable to release their hold on ones heart no matter how hard one tries to surrender. Heart medicine is speaking strongly. Wild Rose and Hawthorn's love weave their magic within me. Hoping in time these harbors are what ignite the flame of strength to carry on and no matter what know and trust that, I AM GOOD ENOUGH!

Embrace the nature of your being. Been wondering around this land we all walk upon...ever evolving in the midst of every moment. Learning more about myself since realizing how little I truly understood about this being I behold. Connecting with Mama Earth, embracing her beauty and the healing gifts she has to offer. Learning to trust in what I choose for myself. Emotions have a strong ability to take over our ground. It's OK to feel and to allow yourself to soak it up every once in a while though it seems very important to recognize when we feel significantly heavy in them, lost, dark...it's very possible we are living not only through our emotions but our expectations of how others may feel when we have no realllll closure of that to begin with. In other words living inside another's mind...worrying or declaring within ourselves what they may be thinking or feeling...I am beginning to believe, based on experience, that thoughts and fears weave webs within our reality. They become real because we water the seeds. We give them the attention they ask for. And you know what...in the end...it almost feels like it's OK...Because we have the potential to learn so much from them. Ridin' the waves ~~~*~
