Wild onions are widespread in Ohio where I call home. In early spring they have a light flavor and add sweetness when baked. My current favorite is adding it to homemade Naan bread. For that reason I always see dragons as symbols of honor and inner strength, mystical creatures led only by their own vision of truth.
