Something to gem and joel!!

Gem is a farm girl that was taught how to fix all the heavy machinery. One day Joel's car just died on him and he couldn't afford an actual mechanic so he just called a bunch of friends before finding gem. He convinced her to help and from there they became rlly good friends especially when gem lost her blood family and home to some freak accident (starting their haunted shenanigans) and making family rlly important to her and everything goes from there

It is my headcanon that Joel's huge car build is actually just a small sedan that barely fits the two of them.

That and also the vibe of Wild Life is very small town that's haunted in the best way possible— the sketchy amusement park, the creature that lives in the woods, random curses that turn everything upside down. So you gotta rep local business lmao

The bamboozlers are Joel's wife and the two idiots they adopted in highschool. Jizzie were upperclassmen and decided to take Jimmy and scar under their wing

The spanners are a group of college graduates that can't get jobs in their majors and now work as whatever small jobs they can to pay for their little shared apartment they don't even sleep in
