Darklands at The Alibi in Dalston London is an expert at creating events of mutated post-punk orgiastic enormity and we at Crocodile are very excited for our 1st event with them this Wednesday (WEDNESDAY 2nd August 2017)🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 (pretty bloody soon kids) where we showcase the new Croc darlings Jean K. **Crocodile Records news**New release**Lust**

Lust release their debut single ‘Looking Glass’ through Crocodile Records on 10th of July 2014. ‘Looking Glass’ and B-side ‘Hazy and High’ set a hypnotic groove, with ghostly harmonies, and unusual pop hooks. Think lovingly crafted dream-pop with a sprinkling of Stereolab and My Bloody Valentine. These are songs about doomed mysteries and degenerate love stories. The band comprise of three Swedish girls; Anna Haara Kristoferson on vocals and synths, Moa Papillon on vocals and guitars, Andrea Muller on vocals and bass, with English born Alex Burke on guitar, and Roberto Conigliaro from Italy on drums. Lust will be playing live at the single pre-release party at Crocodile Club, Power Lunches, on 19th June. This is the third release from new label Crocodile Records run by Hatcham Social founders Finnigan Kidd and Toby Kidd. Previous releases are the debut single for NME featured Big Sister, and a Christmas collaboration song(!) that included members of Cold Specks, Trans, and Flowers.
