I’ve never had this many followers on Tumblr, and I’ve always said I would never use you guys to promote or exploit things with my platform. Ever. And I am still not doing that.

We are always helping one another on my blog, and I REALLY need your help.

One of my friends with two children is stuck in an abusive household. She is repeatedly emotionally abused, she’s had her forehead cut open, been slammed into glass, and is repeatedly raped by her boyfriend that stalks her, has tracking apps on her phone, and forces her to quit/not have a job. He even watches her go to the bathroom to make sure she’s not using a phone.

I have never shared a GoFundMe before, and I never would if it weren’t completely urgent. She didn’t ask for money. She didn’t ask for help. She begged people not to call the police because she gets hurt even more every time it happens. She’s scared.

We set up a GoFundMe on her behalf.

You guys reblog plenty of memes and “Share for good luck,” posts. Please take two seconds to reblog this post for the safety of a woman and her two children. You might be saving someones life.

So I felt bad for not posting any real art (as in I put major effort into it) in a while so here’s a piece I whipped up last night! The idea was that Bendy never wanted to turn into the demon everyone saw him as, because he still has Henry’s hope inside him from when Henry first lovingly created him so he’s waiting for when things will change and be made right

PLEASE HELP

My cat, Sweetgrass

…ate one of my beading needles and had to go in to surgery. I’m a grad student and tight on money as is. Her surgery is $4000 CAD. Donation is nice, but I’m from the upbringing that you have to earn your keep. 

So if each and every one of you could buy a shirt from my redbubble store I could put off the deficit of her surgery.

Breakdown / Accent / Arc

To thank for the support for our film so far, we are posting some notes on animating originally made for our animation assistants. Breakdown is a very crucial technique of animating. It is a guideline of how every action should be acted out. It involves a thinking process of “hmm, I want my character to move in this way particularly, because of the context/situation/emotion/thought… etc” 

Last but not least, breakdowns are the playground for animators. If you find these notes useful, also check out our film We Have Plenty. Oh, and for the ones wondering who I am, I’m a french 2D animator. I studied animation at Gobelins like 10 years ago and ever since I’ve been mostly working as a 2D animator for feature films, commercials, shorts and shows.
