This is North Carolina, a state where everything is by road. I like to come for a few days just because my family lives here, but after 4 days I'm already crazy to go back to the city. I would never get used to the countryside, I love walking between streets and buildings. In fact, I lived here seasonally, but after a year I ended up so anxious to get out of here that I would go back to Mexico for a few months until I decided to move to the city.

Today I wake up on this cold morning and discover that December has already arrived. I go outside, the cold air hits my face, and the lights in the shops begin to shine brightly. The Christmas tree stands are already on every corner, full of decorations and promises of festivities. The hustle and bustle is the same, but something in the air tells me that this month will be different. The city is preparing for the magic of December, and I, in the middle of the cold, let myself be carried away by its spirit. 🎄🎄🎄

I don't remember exactly when I took this photo, but it was around the beginning of autumn, one of those days when it would get a little chilly for a few days but then the heat would come back. I was walking and saw Einstein's mural, but what brought the scene to life were the two ladies talking on the bench.

I don't remember what street in Midtown I was passing by when I saw this scene of several women (apparently tourists) sitting in the window of this coffee shop. It's ironic since at one point I was the tourist and now I'm a resident of this city. Although I usually travel alone, at least they travel together.

I'm trying to upload all the photos I have from September and October because now that we're one foot into winter, my memory is going to be saturated with the snow photos I'll be capturing around the city.

I took this photo on the way to Bryant Park where, for some reason, Fifth Avenue was closed and the sidewalks were packed with people, but this street with a view of the MetLife Building was deserted and a tourist took advantage of the opportunity to take a photo.

On my way to the market to buy some food, I found that 42nd Street was a little clear and the sky was perfect for taking this photo without as many people as that street usually gets every day. The moment was perfect when a pedicab driver was waiting for a ride to hire him.

I took this photo on the way to a public bookstore where I liked the facade of the chocolate shop and I decided to take a photo where a person was coming out of the door.

A month ago I took this photo. I was walking to Central Park for a job interview. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was surprised to find that the position was already taken. I was angry because I was supposed to have gone because they had asked me to go. 😑

Capturing the magic of autumn in Central Park 🍁 The crisp air, vibrant colors, and the beautiful souls that make it even more enchanting. Sometimes the best shots are the ones that capture the perfect moment, with nature and life in perfect harmony.

Aahh Miami 💙... during my teenage I always had the dream of coming but it seemed very far away... and although many years passed, it is incredible how the energies of the universe put me on a path where I have to come often to this beautiful city 😎🌴
