There's this one fanfic centering around Alberu, it's called something like...silence of the sea? Silent sea? I remember the title having 'silence' and 'sea' ? I don't know, it's been very long since I've read it. But I LOVED LOVED LOVED that fanfic. It's a hurt no comfort, and God, that fanfic inspired me to actually write a scene in one of my fanfic. Like, the original fanfiction is so angsty. And just so heart breaking. The language. The metaphor. I like how the sense of identity was portrayed, because gosh, I've never read something like that. I loved Alberu so much (the author uses Alver, I believe) and just wanted to hug him,my poor baby. I can't explain how it felt while reading it. Like, my senses where overwhelmed, and I couldn't cry, because I didn't want to, but I felt so suffocated. The fic did a deep dive into Alberu's character, and gosh. And then there was Tasha, poor lady got a scare of her life. And in the end, it should've been sad, it was sad. But I couldn't help but feel satisfied when Cale got his karma. There's no romance in this fanfiction, it was rated mature (i think?) not for smut or anything, but like, suicidal thoughts? If anybody ever reads it, they should look through the warnings. It's very sad, dark, and just spiraling thoughts and standing at the edge, and just...I don't know. It had an open ending as far as I remember? Anyway, it's an amazing fanfiction. I don't remember the author's name, but it remains one of my favorite fanfiction centering around Alberu, along with cookie fairy.

Posted this one fanfiction on Wattpad like, 2 or 3 years ago and kind of forgot about it. Now after 2 whole years I get notifications that some ppl liked it, and then they saved it to read it for later, and I'm like, wow, now I have to think of a way to continue that?

Tcf part 2 chapter 368

"It is said that a huge explosion can be heard from what is believed to be Dark Vein's safe house! Something seems to be going on!"

Just as he reported. Something was going on in the safe house where Passote was currently staying.

"Huh."

Passote was so shocked that he couldn't say anything.

“Wow, that person also uses a spear quite a bit.”

Heavenly Demon said lazily, leaning back in his chair as if he was interested.

And Cale.

"Hmm."

His expression was shaken.

In front of him was a wide training hall built in a safe house.

“As expected, Master’s test is not easy?”

Alberu Crossman.

The Irreverent Emperor spoke with a smile, but the tip of the spear in his hand was trembling slightly.

And on the other side.

“Well, I couldn’t do it in vain.”

Choi Han had his sword hanging down and an embarrassed smile on his face.

Currently, Alberu and Choi Han were fighting.

I have to be honest when I saw the word explosion my first reaction was "What did Cale do now?" BUT COLOR ME SHOCKED IT WAS ACTUALLY ALBECHOI!!!

One hurtful look from Cale and Alberu melts. He doesn't care If the person inside that body is over a decade older than him, that's his precious dongsaeng whom he just hurt.

Just realised in the chapter where Cale and Og Cale met, while telling Cale about the future of TBOAH timeline, Og Cale calls Alberu 'the crown prince'.

Crown prince Alberu rallied together the survivors

And this happens towards the end of his life as Cale Henituse, the final battle he participated in against the White Star. Meaning, in the twenty years since the war, even after the death of King Zed, Alberu never claimed the throne for himself.

I think then too he wanted to ascend the throne after having taken care of the White Star. It wouldn't have felt right for him to ascend the throne in the middle of a war. But he didn't know the war would be this long and destructive. Poor Alberu.

The fact that Alberu and Cale are way too similar like even Og Cale and Cale aren't this similar to each other, they both cough up blood, get covered in their own blood while fighting and faint and still refuse to acknowledge that they are heroes.

I can't believe I found this in one of my folders. Fifteen year old me was going through something. Something that even I didn't know. Because what the heck? I'm posting it here because I'm too embarrassed to show it to ppl I know personally, but it's too funny to just let it rot in my folder (please don't judge me too hard, teenage me is just too embarrassing). Here it goes (aaarrgggghhhh, it's so embarrassing) -

Grudge.

Grudge is the feeling of resentment strong enough to lead to retaliation. Everyone might have atleast once held a grudge against someone. Sometimes there might be a justified reason for it, but mostly people forget what the problem was in the first place and continue this feeling of hatred towards another person.

There are people who hold grudges for a long period of time. Some let it out by taking revenge, few choose to keep it within and continue living with the feeling of hatred, even forgetting why it started. Few realize it might not be worth to exact revenge or carry it around, and they might choose to forget or forgive.

People who forgive are rare, and it is an ideal that many look upto. But putting these ideals into action is not that easy. Especially to someone who might have hurt you. Many people, especially the youth even finds it attractive when someone exacts revenge on someone they've had a grudge with.

Then again, the reason for holding a grudge varies, and we can't really blame the person for feeling such a way. But it is advised to solve the problem than prolong it.

Anyway.

There are the ones who exact revenge immediately. The impulsive.

Then the ones who carry it around, and wait for the exact moment to strike back. The strategist.

There are some who carry the resentment around, till death do them apart. They chose not to voice it out. The suppressors.

There are the ones who keep on resenting, even forgetting the reason for it. The senseless.

There are people who doesn't even remember it. The forgetful.

There are the ones who chose to forget it realizing it isn't worth their time. The rationalist.

There are people who talk things out. The one's with common sense.

And then we have our forgivers. They forgive, and some even chose to forget. Called as empaths, heroes, and even losers, these benevolent ones are looked upto and looked down upon on a lot.

So what happens when the forgiver snaps? When they forget to forgive? How far must be the hurt or anger inflicted upon such people that they voluntarily chose to react. How do they react? What do you expect when all you've heard is of them being forgiving? How do you deal with it? Moreover, are you ready to face such a wrath?

(The writer still advices to calm down and talk things out rather than resort to violence. Not that they follow it, but holding grudges really is not worth anyone's time. No judgment here, just something sensible that sensible ppl might say. Again, I don't belong to that category)

Okay, but like, what is with The Sun God's interest in Alberu? I suppose I can understand why the other God's have their eyes on Cale, and I'm in no way looking down on Alberu (he ìs my favorite character). But why is the Sun God too into him? I didn't mean in a romantic way. Like, she was the one who cursed the Dark elves, and the Crossman family (lol, which reminds me of the cursed blood title Cale has in the recent chapters, and I was like, doesn't that fit Alberu too? The product/union of two cursed bloods?) And then she removed the curse on the dark elves (I think it happened?), helped Alberu go see Cale and gave him a grade 1 moster form, gave Alberu Taerang (the most powerful weapon), said (on that stone under the Crossman library) that Alberu would be the sun, gave the weapon a new feature in which he can make a mini sun (filled with harmless divine power), gave him the title The Sun God's beloved in the game, gave him a heroes quest, wants to make him a hero, asks her corporation (i forgot what it's name is) to treat Alberu with respect....what's with her? Even Alberu is getting suspicious, and he made Cale their leader as to keep a bit distance(?). Lol, I'm intrigued. I read somewhere that the Sun God is neutral leaning. So what is your plan, mam? Who exactly are you?
