as someone who was in the creepypasta fandom since like… 2011… let me hold your hand as i tell you something: do not take this stuff so damn seriously.

this fandom was created by people of different ages who just had fun. some made scary pictures, some told creepy stories. some made mmds videos, some made memes.

let people have fun. that’s the point of being in a fandom – having fun. let people make self-inserts, let people make oc’s. all creepypastas are OC’S, YOU DO KNOW THAT, RIGHT?? RIGHT??? if you cringe so hard – scroll it down! the amount of people that whine, complain and tell others to stop doing all that because “uhh um ☝🏻🥸 akchually slendermansion isn’t real so unvalid + cringe + l + ratio” is astounishing.

if you want to make yourself a creepypasta story – you go, kid. if you want to write a 100500 pages, agnst, hurt/comfort, slowburn with your oc and jeff the killer – pop off. and obv i’m not talking about folks who are weird with their content in general (yes, mishi-mishi, i’m looking at you), i’m talking about everyone who just wants to be a part of this creative buzz and do their own thing. therefore, here is my blessing: you do you! who cares if it’s cringe in our mighty year of 2025. literally no one. slay.

i made a crappy zine to highlight the inner workings of my teenage brain

BEFORE READING THE ZINE; mentions/descriptions of mental illness, paranoia, and sh. be wary!

riot grrrl and zines have always been interesting to me, and were what inspired the creation of this zine alongside pinterest doomscrolling

i always get nervous to show off any of my artwork/writing but i do think this zine is cool enough to show off to a platform that seems pretty chill and supportive

fun fact about the creation process; i came up with the titles of each piece before actually writing anything down. are some of the titles a little weird sounding? yes. do some of them possibly make no sense? perhaps... ummm but i had fun! yay

critiquing my own work and i must say "navigating around newfound love" is the weakest. i had to cut out a LOT in order to include at least a sprinkle of everything i wanted.

i could actually make another zine delving into each page, or at least telling the full story without running out of space or anything...

also note that if some colors/images look washed out it's because THEY ARE... my scanner is old and crappy, and the original copy is so much more colorful!!! :(

merry christmas eveish here are two drawings i made last year around new years

the creepypasta obsession comes back every year but it's kind of funny that it came back around the holidays once again... maybe it's truly annual and not sporadic

Maybe its just cuz im a minor too and therefore closer to holden in age than most adult critics but are you all stupid. This 17 year old is not the devil incarnate. All these bitches in their 40s going "this depressed child who lost his brother, is flunking out of school, doesnt have any real friends and is clearly troubled dared to complain about his life in his own journal, put him to death" meanwhile emotionally speaking ive never related to a fictional character more. I too recycle the exact same phrases, am upset by people who bullshit, constantly want to call someone but everyone in my life is usually too busy, have fits of gloominess, etc. Is he annoying? Sure? Is that the whole fucking point? Absolutely.
