It’s not always about sex. 😌 People started saying I glowed up when I started taking better care of myself, being more mindful, avoiding toxic situations, and just prioritizing my peace. I haven't been with anyone for a little over three years now, so sometimes a glow-up can be about good sex and sometimes it’s about protecting your energy. 🧘‍♀️

Or, if we’re not trying to get too deep - solid skincare, regular exercise, and actually getting enough rest will do that to you. 😅 He’s not touring as much, so less exhaustion = more glow. Good for him, either way. ❤️
