In it's training process they steal copyrighted materials

And remember some of the big ai companies who have been getting away with it under being non profit are suddenly switching to be for profit

Tumblr recently announced a new feature called Post+ meant to help content creators make money while keeping a cut to help maintain the site. Not a bad idea, right?

The problem is that tumblr actively encouraged the use of Post+ in conjunction with fan works. Which is, despite the way they continue to side step it, highly illegal. Not enough people are aware of that fact.

Our mission is to force tumblr to either rebrand the Post+ feature as something for original content ONLY and/or offer a means to help the site survive outside of monetizing fan work. We want the see tumblr thrive but Post+ has the potential for ruining everything. Give us a better option, @staff ! In fact, HERE are some options!

ok, so I never make posts like this, but I feel like I should let y'all know.

on august 6th, there will be a Tumblr blackout.

so as most of you know, Tumblr has tried making post plus a thing, and unfortunately, after all the surveys and posts we made against it, their making it a thing anyway.

so, another Tumblr user whom I forgot the name of, decided to make a point to Tumblr that we do not want, never wanted, nor needed, post+. and to make this point, we are gonna hit Tumblr where it hurts.

ad revenue

so, on august 6th, No one use Tumblr, this blackout, if I'm remembering right from the original post, will last 24 hours. please spread the word about this, make posts about this, do what you need to do to to make sure Tumblr plus doesn't become a thing.

So... um plotline is spiralling away from me

It's trying to take a completely different direction

But I need to get a handle on the story along with managing my life

It is 100% appropriation. I really enjoy the show but I have been working on making any fanart/fanfic I make of the show to have less appropriation

That being said, there are going to be things I miss I am in no way an expert on this stuff. I am very white and I try very hard

Um... so I don't have any of the comic buffer that I wanted to create but you the few who follow me have been very patient and I wanted to say thank you for that.
