Contrary to how people sees me, I love animation movies. It gives an unexplainable comfort to me more than any other movies. That is why it is a big deal for me, a major turn on even, when a person is likewise into it or appreciates it at least. My all time fave is Meet the Robinsons. It remains unbeatable for me even at present. I am a person who is scared of the future to the point that I want to have a peek if I will do well someday or will I end up not reaching my goals in life. Of course, expectedly, I want to win. This movie taught me to not be afraid of failing along the way. That failures are just tiny steps towards a better life. Ayun lang. Skl

I can’t put into words this feeling of how lucky I am to have met you in this lifetime. My love, you feel like a rainy day— cozy and calm. Rainy weather reminds me of my childhood. Where 5 of us will just lay in bed the whole day, watch TV, cook the food my mom prepared. It reminds me of simple times.

It reminds me of school— of how I hate going to school but forced to go to because I need to finish my studies. Rainy weather reminds me of class suspensions, and now work suspensions. The little joy knowing you can rest without worrying and just enjoy the cold weather.

It reminds me of times far from today.

Zia is my personal firefighter. Ewan ko ba she feels like water HAHAHAHAHAHA me being a hot-headed and short-tempered person, she can easily wash down all the init ng ulo.

Like water siguro she’s very adaptive to her environment. She can be exactly what I need at times. And like water, she’s cold. Yeah, one can never have it all, really. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I cried before my Tax prof announced the result of the exam. Tho I was hoping i’ll pass, I also prepared myself if ever I won’t make it. I cried because I was so tired after the exam, not because I was afraid I will fail. I was anxious but I was really really hoping I’ll make the cut.

And then there I was one of the six students who passed the midterm exam. Out of I guess 25 studs, he only passed 6 souls.

Things like this reminds me that I am really where I am supposed to be.

The little things make us stay. The simple being on time and respecting someone else’s time shows a lot more than any romantic gestures. I’ve been to Ormoc for a lot of times already, and though she was kinda late on the first meets, she was able to learn to value my time on the following visits. It has been my most pet peeve when people are making me wait despite the fact that they only live a few blocks away from the agreed place. It’s something I can’t accept and can’t tolerate ever since, and it makes me lose interest every time.

Believe me, I don’t like the feeling of being angry on something as simple as “please be on time or don’t make me wait for hours”. And I make no distinction, be it a family member, a friend, or someone I am romantically involved with. I always make them know how much I hate it. For sure, and it is proven naman na, I’ll go to you even to the ends of the Earth, provided you don’t make me wait, and provided further that you want to be with me. If that is the case then, by all means, I’ll be there on the earliest possible time.

Heck, I am always on time. If I would be late, for sure it would be for reasons beyond my control. And why is that? Am I just too excited to see the person? No. Am I just fond of being early and being the first one to arrive? Maybe. But the top reason is that I don’t want to burden anyone by waiting on me. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time, and I think that is something I should be proud of.

And I am very thankful that my person understands the assignment. And that says more— more than I love yous and I miss yous.
