Nearly two years after their first collaboration, Peter Lippmann and designer Christian Louboutin worked together again to present the new lookbook for Fall/Winter 2011. Inspired by classic portrait paintings, where in each of the pictures you can see a piece of the new Louboutin Collection.
These awesome photographs were recreated with models such as Trissan Polas, Sterenn Nogues, Karom Kelly lippmann, Lia Catreux, Francoise de Stael and Karen Assayag.

My Style: Opening Ceremony’s Kate Foley
When it comes to fail-safe boutiques—the ones we can pop into any time of year and find JUST what we're hankering for— Opening Ceremony is our own mini Mecca. Owners Carol and Humberto have an eye for not only the most influential (and frenzy-worthy!) designers of the moment but also the select pieces that literally make a collection. As a result, OC scouts the best buyers in the biz, one of them being Kate Foley, whose keen eye definitely extends to her own uncommon dress-code.

Chloe Sevigny for Twin Magazine
Chloë Sevigny is pretty much your go-to girl to feel like you don't have enough clothes. The actor, model, fashion designer (her clothing line for Opening Ceremony is still one of our favourites) and all-round champion slashie of the last two decades has just graced the pages of TWIN Magazine.

Karl Lagerfeld, Anna Wintour as Eco-Yuppies?
Okay, so when you think of fashion icons Anna Wintour and Karl Lagerfeld, the words "do-gooder"and “responsible fashion” aren’t exactly what spring to mind. But Danish clothing company A Question Of is trying to give these en vogue bigwigs a positive spin with its newest line of organic cotton T-shirts. Both the “Conscious Karl” and “Conscious Anna” tees feature inky caricatures of their namesakes as “eco-yuppies” and are made in Tanzania under fair-trade working conditions. Do good for 48 euros ! Worth buying one of those ~!

Scarlett Johansson By Tim Walker For W Magazine June 2011
I simply love anything Tim Walker ends up photographing. His epic images and whimsical settings set my mood on dreamy each and every time.
The following is a pictorial he shot for W Magazine June 2011 with Scarlett Johansson. And I just love it : PURE AMAZINGNESS! Her acting skills, which don’t necessarily come across as brilliant in a photo print, were obviously enhanced by the exquisite makeup artist who worked with her for the Tim Walker shoot. This is, by far, the best Scarlett Johansson I’ve ever seen! Scarlett Johansson dressed up as Buster Keaton above, as well as Marlene Dietrich, Sarah Bernhardt and Giulietta Masina in La Strada.

Labelux, the privately held group that owns Bally, agreed to buy upscale shoemaker Jimmy Choo on expectations for further growth in luxury accessories. Labelux paid TowerBrook Capital Partners LLP more than 500 million pounds ($811 million) for Jimmy Choo.
“Jimmy Choo has enormous growth potential and the ability to deliver material growth synergies across our group,” Labelux Chief Executive Officer Reinhard Mieck said in a statement.
Jimmy Choo had net sales of 150 million pounds in 2010 and is growing at more than 10 percent in all categories and geographic regions, Labelux said. The company has 120 stores now, double the number when TowerBrook acquired it.

LomoAmigo : Herman Dune and his LC-A !
If you have been following CocoCeline for a while now , you should know my adoration and addiction to Herman Dune ... ! Find below some pictures taken from the last interview on Lomography.com and the begining of the article !
"Strange Moosic", the latest album of Herman Dune is released today. Yaya Herman Dune was kind enough to take some time to tell us his story with Lomography and the LC-A which is running for some years now. He took some pictures related to this new album, and also shows us some other pics related to his personnal life and the life of his band.
First and last name : Yaya Herman Dune
City : Paris Country : Israël
Tell us a bit about yourself Well, my name is Yaya Herman Dune, I sing in Herman Dune, a Rock & Roll Band from Paris.
How long have you been a lomographer or are you new to this whole thing? I met Peter Boesch, when I became his Room-Mate, moving back to Paris from New York, in 2004. He was developping a French Taste for Lomography at the time, being the ambassador in France, and he introduced me to these wonderful cameras, first the Holga, and then the LCA. The strangest, funniest, or hands-down greatest photographic/Lomographic encounter that you have ever had. I have learnt to take pictures of two wonderful beings. my beautiful girlfriend and my little dog. I remember capturing them both together, and when I saw the film processed, I saw an image of my love for them.
If your photos shown here could have a soundtrack of three songs, what would they be (song title & artist please). Herman Dune « Ah Hears Strange Moosic » Herman Dune « Be A Doll And Take My Heart » Herman Dune « Tell Me Something I Don’t Know »
If you could take your LC-A+ and a sack of film anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why? I’d go to Malibu, California. I take great pictures there, and I’d love to have good pictures of the great waves that make me happy, maybe take it underwater when I bodysurf.
The one person (living or deceased) who you would most like to photograph. I would have love to take pictures of Groucho Marx. The Alchemy between his character and the way he looked would be the most interesting thing for me to take a picture of.
Tell us a bit about this series of pictures Well, here you’ve got rolls, straight from my life, with Herman Dune, and out of my band. I find the LC-A has become my companion ; and through this llittle camera I communicate with my eyes and my memories. We have found some sort of dialogue. My camera understands my eyes now, and my memories understand what the LCA says now…
What are your current projects ? My new album with Herman Dune, “Strange Moosic” will be out this week. It comes with 12 songs, and a whole book of drawings, and also LCA photography, shot during the recording sessions for the album. Your advice to all lomographers ? That’d be : Don’t go for the effect, try to just press the trigger when there’s something you see, that calls you, a thing of beauty, the LCA will give it justice.
