Lucinda Ruh was a master of spins. Her positions are stunning, toe is always pointed, beautiful arm variations, and speed throughout!

My 82 year old mom desperately wanted to get back on the ice, after years being off to take care of my dad.
She did great! Her legs may be weaker but she still has good form!!
Such an inspiration to me.
Never let age stop you!!

This is such an incredible ice dancing performance. Torvill and Dean had unmatched artistry and edge quality! Great program to study. I think this was the first time an Olympic program scored 6.0s across the board!

Here is a pretty good sit spin, the change to the back sit however should have started with the right foot stepping onto the toe-pick more and then to the back outside edge. Here it changes to the forward inside edge which slows the spin down and the skater has a difficult time getting into the the back spin as a result.

Sasha Cohen is a great example for young skaters today. Her artistry and gorgeous lines should be something all skaters strive for. And just look at that split jump!!
