“Spring will come”

2024 watercolor and poster paint illustration

A project I’ve been working on this whole spring and summer. Well in actuality it’s took over a year to get it done. The first three panels were done Feb of 2023, while the last panel was completed in 2024.

I learned a lot while working on it, even though I regretted most of the time deciding on having so much detail. But the result was definitely worth it :D

I tried printmaking!

The only reason I tried it is because I was inspired by @agblend13 print of a cat they made.

I genuinely was never interested in printmaking. But the way this artist painted the background to give it a rainbow scratch paper kind of effect really appealed to me 💕🌈

I never try to do anything semi realistic but this was fun to do :)
