"why we build the wall" from hadestown is really gonna trip up future media analysis students. they'll be like "ah a piece of media from the 2010s referencing building a wall to keep out the poor, clearly this is a reference to the president of the united states from 2016-2020", and then their professor will have to be like "actually the concept album for this musical came out in 2010"

the production, set and sound quality of whitepine is absolutely phenomenal. but a bit that i really really appreciate is the fact that they don't have characters. well- ok they DO. but they're not completely different identities. they dont have different names or different faces, they treat their in-game identities as the actors sort of. it adds a really genuine feeling to the acting they're doing in a medium like minecraft
