Jason David Frank was one of my heroes when it came to those working with the Tokusatsu genre. The man embraced the fact he played Tommy Oliver and championed the franchise until the very end. Rest in peace hero.

As a kid, I loved Power Rangers. That, along with Jurassic Park, paved a way to my love of Godzilla and Tokusatsu. I loved the Dragonzord as a kid, along with the antihero ranger that was my favorite color. Just last month, I thought of drawing that zord. I just didnt think this is how it was gonna happen. RIP Jason David Frank, The original Green Ranger.
