Got a chance to meal prep for the week and it includes this delicious spread😍 starting with Alaska wild salmon, caught be me🙈🎣, spinach, quinoa, garbonzo beans, bell peppers, and onions. Plus another synergy drink, this time I tried a guava goddess! A customer recommended I try the chia seed synergy drink, so eventually I will get to that! 😊

Enjoying my dinner this evening at work! All organic👏 Wrap with Alaska grown spicy sprouts, sweet potatoes, black beans, cheese, and hummus! Washed it down with an amazing synergy drink, they are my new favorites! For exercise today I got up early before classes, did weights and ended with a 3 mile run 😊

First attempt at a cauliflower pizza dough recipe, turned out absolutely amazing! Toped the delicious crust with all organic ingredients, such as pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and spinach!

Started the morning off right with a nice bowl of oats! 1/2 c rolled organic oats 1/4 c almond milk 1 TBS chia seeds 1 TBS flax seed 1 TBS pb2 1 c mixed berries Sprinkle on some organic cinnamon! Great way to get the day started!

The first step!
I decided to create this site as a way to mark my progress to eat healthy, workout, and overall improve my way of life. I am now a sophomore in college, I moved out of my parents house and into my own apartment freshmen year. With that came a lot of new and exciting challenges, one was that I could do whatever and eat whatever I wanted to. After being a runner in high school I always remained pretty fit, I suffered some knee injuries so now I can't run like I would like to. At the end of my freshman year I was a tad bit lazy and gained that unfortunate "freshman 15". Over the summer I read a great book that inspired me to change the way I have been, to begin to think about all the bad and toxic foods I have been putting into my body. To remember that you can't workout enough to beat a bad diet. I decided to go all organic and workout to become a new me.
