77 Maple Street - Goth Palatial Estate (CC Free)

In every town there is an old, haunted manor, that scares and fascinates people both at the same time. And in Willow Creek this is the Goth Palatial Estate. Located at 77 Maple Street, the big manor is the current home of Dowager Duchess Cornelia, Widow of Goth, and her sister Agnes Crumplebottom. With nearly 100 years behind it, the estate is in need of a lift both inside and out. But the Crumplebottom sisters seem happy enough with it.

Rumour has it that when there is a full moon, you can see off fumes emanating from the manors many chimneys. They also say that there is also a secret door somewhere in the house that leads to a secret room…but that is all nonsense…isn’t it?

Forgotten Hollow Save File

The other day while was watching a stream by the lovely @beautifulplumbobs​ we all started chatting and it was decided I would create a new save file with all of the lots in Forgotten Hollow rebuilt in witchy/rustic themed builds. Here is my attempt at doing that!

About

The largest lot over looking the town is now a Library with a little cemetery outside. The other 4 lots are all little residential homes for single sims. They are all fairly small but have been play tested by myself and a few friends to ensure they work :) No CC was used in any of the builds, but I do own all packs and used various items from multiple packs in each one. 

Installation

Be sure to back up all your previous saves just in case there are any issues.

Copy the file you just downloaded ( Slot_00000005.save ) and place in your \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves folder.

Once you start your game from the main menu select “Load Game” You should now see “Flauratea Forgotten Hollow Save” as one of your options. 

Select “Flauratea Forgotten Hollow Save” to load the save

Have fun! I hope you enjoy the new world and the builds! ♥
