I love having arguments with my lil sis because she calls me fat as an insult=more motivation!!! Well my mother , father and older sister also do that, but my little sister roasts my fatness like crazy. She isn’t skinny tbh, on the chubbier side (which is totally fine) so it seems like she takes her anger/frustrations out on me😬 like, same. When I ask where I’m fat, she grimaces and says “everywhere, look at yourself”

I forgot to post what I ate, but I’ve been eating under 1k calories (yipeee!) and..I don’t know how, but my waist is 66 cm? At the start it was 70cm. Idc how I’m happy🤭🤭 if you’re going to do things like this, remember to eat protein if you still want your muscles. If not, don’t.

Today starts my journey of eating basically 1k or less calories every day, hoping to lose at least 4 kg in 4 weeks (can I do it???) I was going to eat 800-600kcals, but I will start easy bc my fat ass wants to eat their mouth stuffed
Today 17. 06.
High protein Pudding(20g protein) 160 kcal
Burger (homemade, I don’t think it’s more than 500 kcal but I count it as 600 kcal for shits n giggles) 600kcals
Juice 200 kcal (imma kms idk why I drank it)
Banana 100 kcal
Total: 1060 kcal.
Honestly, not so bad? I wish I wasn’t such a pig to eat this much, but at least I ate high protein food(?)..
Anyway, I will also drink 2 liters of water with that-plus I plan on doing HIIT workout to burn 500 kcal, and jumping rope, it burns 200 kcal in 10 minutes.
Unfortunately I only walked 5,7k steps, 140 kcal burned. The next days I have to maintain at least 7k, idk why it’s so hard when it was so easy before, I got 12k and 8k on an average day, now only 5-6k.
My headaches have gotten really bad (who cares) and it’s basically an excuse to eat more food, which I shouldn’t, and won’t. (Hopefully).
Also, my classmate noticed me counting calories😬😬
Like shit. She stared at me, and said “you don’t have to worry about the calories, just eat” bit in a sweet tone. SHIT SHRIEYRHDH because noo😭 she shouldn’t have found outtttt I was trying to be discreet omgomgogmgomg. To be fair, i saw a few tendencies of hers to count calories as well, so🤨

Skinny girl habits and tips for weight loss and maintenance ♡
Become addicted and obsessed with water! First thing in morning and the last thing before bed! Drink consistently throughout the day. Also try lemon water! Lemon is rich in vitamin C. A glass of lemon water just contains about 6 calories. Drinking lemon water also increases feelings of fullness, which can help suppress hunger during fasting.
Walk everywhere! Walk all the time. Find joy in it. Instead of taking a vehicle or public transportation, opt for walking or even with a friend! Don’t go sit down at a restaurant. Walk around town (sightseeing is fun and distracting), go shopping (window shopping is totally fun too), go on a hike, just WALK! It’s the easiest and best way to burn fat.
Eat fruit! Find which fruits you love the most and indulge in them! Let fruit become your snack and dessert replacements. Fruit is low calorie, sweet, tart, and full of fiber which helps satisfy cravings while keeping you full longer.
Get enough rest! The best way to enjoy this is to create a nighttime routine, one that brings you serotonin. Take small naps during the day (especially when nothing else is helping you *wink wink*). It helps with your diet, cravings, and cortisol levels! Sleeping is the laziest weight-loss hack and it’s amazing.
Become obsessed with your drinks. Your “sweet treat of the day” should be low in sugar. Whether that be matcha, coffee, tea, or smoothie, make sure you’re not drinking too many calories in one drink. Drinks can keep you full and help with cravings as well as giving a boost of energy!
Try yoga or just at home stretching. I’ve been doing both recently every morning and night before bed. Stretching makes your body appear more lean and it’s overall a great way to start and end your day mentally and physically.
IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO PARTAKE IN FAST FOOD THIS LAST TIP IS HIGHLY FOR YOU!!!!
When you go to fast food restaurant or if you’re having a craving (or you’re in an environment *family cough cough* where you must eat), satisfy it!! But do it with control. Get lowest calorie option, or get a lower calorie option of your preferred meal. For example, if I were to be craving a cheeseburger I would go to McDonald’s. I would order a PLAIN cheeseburger and only one. No extra meat, cheese, or toppings. The best way to order the burger would be pickles and mustard only! (You can also opt for no cheese at all, the meat holds more than enough seasoning and flavor). Have the food in moderation and be able to enjoy life with a sense of BALANCE which is KEY.

Hate the feeling of fullness. Eat until you are satisfied, not until you are stuffed, not until you are sluggish, but until you are satisfied. That’s it.
Be busy! Create and explore new and old hobbies!! Keep yourself occupied. For example, I’ve taken up drawing again. Take care of your passions. Try whatever is available to you. This helps you avoid eating out of boredom and only eat with a purpose and intent. You will get dopamine and satisfaction from other things, instead of food.
Become obsessed with green tea! I have some of my own and it’s mixed with ginger. On my last habits and tips post I mentioned water, make green tea a close second!
Try pilates! I mentioned stretching and yoga previously, but pilates takes that and amps it up 10 levels! It incorporates stretching and toning of the muscles. Strengthening deeper muscles to really improve your posture and physique!
Love your protein! Even in a deficit protein is essential for weight loss and fat loss of all kinds. Protein is good for your diet! You burn more calories by processing protein while keeping you fuller longer and more satisfied.
Be obsessed with diet coke or coke zero. I also like sprite zero as it’s a lighter drink and it won’t stain my teeth. (Tip for those who like darker sodas and teas like me, opt for using a straw to avoid staining!)
When you eat healthy for a long enough period while cutting out processed sugars, your taste buds will completely change. Your cravings will also change. Fruit will be so much more sweeter (and healthier too) while candy and doughnuts and cake is too sweet to the point where it’s not enjoyable anymore.

Um no cause I count calories etc right, and my friend blamed me n made me feel guilty. Like I was talking with my other friend (who is athletic and muscular, but skinny n super pretty) and she was talking abt calories n I was like “noo you shouldn’t bc u do ur sport more than 5 times a week and protein is important blah blah” and my friend (the one mentioned before) said “yeah you don’t have to say that bc u count every calorie” I TRY TO HIDE IT…💀💀 and she said “because of you I started too” ILiterally hype her up every time like, and she is pretty, it’s fucking crazy, she is nice and I love her but like now I feel even more guilty. Like I never encouraged it. I always lied n said I don’t count them whatever. I know it’s my fault but c’mon:(
