currently 17 hours into a 2-3day water fast, any tips for someone who doesn’t drink enough water anyway?😩

got a new tattoo today to celebrate 2st lost!!
completed a 24hr fast and then 289cals consumed, 107burned! which isn’t a lot to be burnt, but still recovering from emergency c section and anemia🥲

went away for a bit, now i’m back and stronger then ever! opened this account at 225lbs last week, lost 8lbs🙂‍↕️
every time i feel hungry, i just open tumblr and come to my senses! why would i need to eat when im already so fat?
