If a guy breaks up with a girl, for whatever reason, he should make sure she isn't sad, or mad, or upset (that is the last thing you want a girl to be). If it wasn't meant to be he should tell her that and let her know she is beautiful and that someday she will find everything he couldn't be for her.

You can not and should not be afraid to hurt yourself or others. Everyone goes through pain and suffering in their life and whoever it is will grow from the experience. But if something needs to be said, say it, and if something needs to be done, do it, and have faith that everyone will come out a stronger person.
