okay firstly, I found a new brush I'm obsessed with so I might actually be able to include lineart in my art now

Secondly, I like the idea that Hunter and Jake indulge in each other's more antagonistic tendencies. I don't think they'd be outright villianess but I can see them working together to sabotage some of the teams in challenges. Nothing major just little things that make it more likely for the Magenta team to win. I'm taking inspiration from the one interaction they had in episode 5 where they planned to vote out fiore. This behavior is more detrimental to them than beneficial but I love a good petty sabotage what can I say.

Anyway my last three posts have been Huntake so I might switch gears for a while but who knows. My bob's burgers marathon has been going great by the way I'm finally on season 5!

Grojband headcanons part 3 hehe

Right before a gig Laney's siblings were styling her hair and they accidentally used hairspray near a open flame and Laney's hair got caught on fire. lucky no one was hurt but Laney's hair looked like a roasted marshmallow and so she buzzed it.

After finding his bio mom Corey starting learning Spanish so they can communicate without Trina needing to be a translator. So he went to Larry so that he could help him learn Spanish. Now Corey is almost fluent at the language.

Kon needs glasses but like refuses to wear because he feels like he can see perfectly fine (he can't) (me core)

Superman by goldfinger was played at Corey and Laney wedding (yall fuck with Tony Hawk's pro skater?)

Laney eats breakfast before brushing her teeth because she thinks people who brush their teeth before eating are freaks (based on a line from a corney fic that Tello read when they were in middle school)

When she was 16 kin sharpened his teeth to make them look cooler

Kin will say the most brain rotted shit out of no where. It'll be dead silent and then they'll go "I like my cheese drippy bruh" and everyone just gets a sour look on their faces

Kon and kin's family aren't supportive on the fact that kon is a trans man and would often mis gender him. So kin and kon decided to gaslight their family into believing that kon is a cis guy. It some how worked

Laney and kin were mlp fan growing up and they had ponysonas and would replace the word "everyone" with "everypony" they were cringe but they were free

Love Huntake, brings me joy. I have another comic idea in mind for them but I'll think about drawing it later. I've been busy trying to watch all of Bob's Burgers starting from season 1 so going from that to drawing these two gives me whiplash

I wanted to try my hand at some actual lineart. I ADORE chunky and blocky lines, i never do lineart myself cause i never like how it looks but i can get behind this one. Anyway enjoy these lovely little weirdos

My brother and I have a grojband OC named Slip! He's the 5th member of Grojband who plays the turntables. His stage name is DJ buckethead

A new bucket like face in peaceville whose parents own a food truck called Chip n Slip's. They've taken their food truck all over the world but finally decided to settle in Peaceville where Slip's dad is originally from. Since he's moved around his whole life Slip's never had a stable friend group and he's desperate for some actual friends. Grojband recruits him to the band but will he be able to keep up with their intense and bordeline illegal antics? Who knows.

Chip (my brother) and I have a whole story line planned out for this guy but I wanted to focus on his dynamic with Kin first. Slip is a naturally anxious person and Kin's sense of fear and rational is completely broken. I like to think Kin prints out a bunch of stickers for Grojband's next gig and slaps them all over his bucket so he can walk with him around town to promote their gig. Slip can't see with all the stickers covering his face so Kin has to guide him everywhere.

Slip wears the bucket mostly cause he likes it, he's been wearing it since he was like 9 but also because he has a hard time making eye contact with people. He's never been bullied for it thankfully but the way Kin treats his bucket makes him think it's bullying. Kin just doesn't know how to interact with people normally though. He and Kon have always been pretty bad at understanding personal space and since Corey and Laney never mind their space being invaded they never really learned to respect personal space with other people.

These two are very special to me and Chip so you will be seeing more of them.

Y'all Corey came up with the idea to make a book of life AU for grojband and because he's busy with his animatic I drew this for him.

Laney is Maria and Corey is Manolo obviously. We made Carrie Joaquin, Mayor Mellow is General Posada, Trina is Manolo's dad and i think we said Kin was Manolo's Grandma. Kon is the candle maker, Chloe is La muérete and Party Danimal is Xibalba. The choices are a little ridiculous but with the limited characters you work with what you got.

I wanna draw more of this AU which I'll probably do later but this sketch is all for now
