Look, I don't think South Park is totally transphobic. First of all I will make it clear that I am not trans and this all is just my opinion. My word is not the absolute truth and it's okay if you disagree with me.

I can't defend the episode about Garrison becoming a woman, other than to say that it's an old episode (the episode is from 2005) and that the creators of South Park can make mistakes and later regret them. It's a very problematic episode, yes, but, I think, it doesn't define the creators' thinking in modern times.

Now, the episode about Cartman wanting to use the trans bathroom was a critique of separate bathrooms for trans people. The episode literally says that there should be no separate bathrooms for transgender people. And as for Cartman's implants, I see that more as irony; in the same episode, they say that drinking piss is legal and that everyone should drink piss.

In relation to the episode with the abusive ex, I see it more as a critique of people who use trans causes to gain benefits and victimize themselves, but I understand that the way it was portrayed was offensive. The bathroom episode also discusses this issue, only more clearly.

Also South Park was the first game to put the trans option in character creation.

It's okay if you don't like the series, but you can't accuse people of transphobia with such certainty without being 100% certain. I don't know what it's like to be trans, but I understand the pain of hearing transphobic comments and seeing fake transphobic news spread in the media every day. But we should attack those who are attacking us, not those who are favoring us.

Excuse my English, I'm Brazilian and I just wanted to comment on this because I've heard it a lot. No hate.
