This man KNOWS his base, this man KNOWS the consequences of his rhetoric...
It is unacceptable to continue marginalizing those who use substances and complicate harm reduction and restorative justice approaches to drug reform for likes.
I acknowledge the environments that have enabled individuals to continue harmful habits but this is more fuel to my fire of adjusting public perceptions.
In no way is it acceptable to blame individuals for lack of funding, resources OR failures of reform.
