not in a good place rn

depression's getting really bad. i thought i've gotten used to the suicidal thoughts/ideation. like...i never rlly have a plan in mind, but the thoughts would just drift by passively, stay for a few hours, then leave. i got accustomed to it to the point that it didn't scare me as much anymore.

and for a while, they left me alone.

they came back.

i wrote a note. one for family and friends, one for a friend thanking them and apologizing for everything. i don't rlly plan on sending it, i don't have an actual plan to do anything...i don't actually wanna die, but the passive thoughts haven't left me alone.

im so tired.
