It was 1994 to date, ( a Sunday in Africa ), that I was asked and commissioned in a meeting, to make acts to persuade ALL, parties in the Irish War to CeaseFire. I agreed to do this, ( in the presence of others, including eu, UK and other aid workers ), for the amount of £30,000,000.00 and with the attachment of the penalty fee of 50% (fifty percent) for each year of default after the first announcement of CeaseFire, until fully paid, which, ( after my hard work ), was first announced in May 1994 by the conflicting parties.

Some members of the UK aid agencies asked, ( somewhat passionately ), "Why such high interest rates?", in response to my Penalty Fees. I replied, before everyone, including the newly introduced Russian F.S.B., "Well, if everyone is genuine, honest and honours our Agreement, then there will be no Penalty Fees or Interest Charges, will there?."

I completed the task sooner than expected, and by May 1994, the parties had began to CeaseFire. Soon, about July 1994, but please check, United States President Bill Clinton went on walkabout in what was previously war torn Ireland, and in particular, Belfast in Antrim, which until then had been in bombings, etcetera, and patrolled by Army personnel for dozens of decades.

Wow!

After decades of damp, causing at least hundreds of thousands UK pounds of damage to electronic and other property, impacting negatively on my injuries, causing and exacerbating further bad health, between Wednesday last week to Wednesday this week, the water company appeared and ripped up all of the front garden and some of the public sidewalk, and replaced piping supplying the water to my home, after they found a major leak which had been pooling underneath my home, and causing multiple damage. The engineers tell me it had been there for possibly 25 years.

My home now needs to dry out.

The damage to my health and property over the decades amounts to many thousands of pounds, and the prevention of personal progress amounts to an estimate of way more.
