125lbs vs 120lbs
Since July I have lost approx 20lbs (140lbs down to 120lbs)
Only 5lbs different in the pictures but progress is progress
I’ve been soooooo busy with work - since I went back to work at the end of August after lockdown I’ve literally been working 6/7 days a week so this has really helped with weight loss
I’ve always had bigger legs and have struggled to lose the weight off my thighs. I used to do squats so I think that’s contributed to having bigger legs, or it’s just my body type
I am very short (only 5ft) so I guess I just carry weight differently
Weight loss is usually more noticeable on my face
But I don’t wanna make excuses for being a fat piece of shit

I made some veggie chilli
I ain’t no chef
But I used, 1 can of baked beans, chickpeas, chopped tomatoes, 1 onion and a garlic clove
I also used a seasoning packet mixed with the water the chickpeas came in
It makes A LOT, there is also a lot of liquid
I tried split it into four equal portions - just over 200 calories
But even four portions is a lot - 5 portions would also be enough and therefore less calories per portion :))
The calories are an estimate - I just inputted each ingredient and corrected it to 1/4 in the MyFitnessPal app
Have it with pasta, rice, cauliflower rice or whatever or even on its own

I made a chickpea curry
It’s less than 200 calories for the whole plate
I used a whole tin of chickpeas, chopped tomatoes, a bag of spinage, one onion, one clove of garlic, turmeric, cumin and curry powder to taste
Plus a bag of cauliflower rice
I divided the whole thing into three portions (182 calories per portion, including the rice)
I gained inspo from a recipe I found online as I love the chickpea side dish from Nando’s lol
