Good trouble

The spinoff of The Fosters has had me on an emotional rollercoaster. The character I connect to the most is Davia. Her relationship with her mom is like mine with my sister. My sister is in the Army and is super fit. She constantly sends me photos of her body saying “you wish you had these abs” and she called me a lardass. I know I’m not skinny, I have fat. I am fat. But being criticized by my family is the worst. I almost started crying watching the latest episode (Unfiltered) when my sister walls in and sits next to me. It took me so long to start loving my body for how it is and recently my sister has been making it harder. I don’t want to eat anymore. I want to be thin and to see my collar bones and to just be able to look at myself and see something that’s worth being loved. But I’m Fat.

I texted my guy friend cuz I was crying and he understood what was going on, and his gf picked up the phone and asked why I was texting him and apparently he told her that I was gay so he wouldn’t get in trouble for texting another girl because of something idk. Anyways I played along with it saying I was Bi so she sends me pics of all the lesbians she knows trying to hook us up or whatever and now two of them are good friends of mine and the one that is sending pics is coming over Saturday....

Spring Break

Means boredom, boredom leads to eating, eating leads to gaining weight, gaining weight leads to being even more fat, fat leads to worse depression, depression leads to cutting, cutting leads to having to wear long sleeves and pants, pants leads to sweating, sweating leads to water weight loss, that leads to losing more weight, leads to starving... why not skip the boredom/eating part and go straight to cutting and starving?
