Participating artists at CHALE WOTE 2019: Nyahan Tachie-Menson (Ghana) Nyahan @thankgodherself illustrates her dreams, visions and thoughts. Its really about the randomness of it all and random occurrences in life. In a day, our minds travel far and wide and land on horrible, funny, depressing, exciting and sad thoughts and it’s interesting what we choose to prioritize in term of mind space. By using fear as the main theme, Nyahan is able to converse with her’s; not necessarily overcome them or conquer them, but play with and entertain them in her everyday life in the same manner that she entertains her aspirations. She navigates these stories and expresses them using colors to depict mystical humanoid characters that visit her in her dreams communicates this by implementing both analogue and digital means of illustration. #ChaleWote2019 #ChaleWote #pidginimaginarium — view on Instagram https://ift.tt/2T0UlL5
