Personally,I feel like I don't reveal everything to one person. Sure,I tell someone a lot of things,almost everything,my best friends for instance. But I still feel like I leave out details which seem irrelevant sometimes or embarrassing. I used to have someone I trusted entirely but when that fell away,I realized what I do. Does this make sense to you?
