• 33 grape tomatoes (20 oz) + goat cheese (1.3 oz)
• ½ regular bagel (1.3 oz) + 3 Tablespoons light cream cheese
• 12 wheat crackers + 1 slice cheddar (1 oz)
• 1 large apple (7 oz) + 1.5 Tablespoons caramel dip
• 3 rice cakes + 1 Tablespoon peanut butter (0.6 oz)
• One 6-inch tortilla + 2.5 Tablespoons guacamole
• 2 cups whole strawberries (10 oz) + 4.5 Tablespoons fruit dip
• 2 medium peaches (8 oz) + cottage cheese, 1% (5 oz)
• ¾ large banana (4 oz) + 1 Tablespoon Nutella
• 2 squares dark chocolate (0.7 oz) + 15 almonds (0.6 oz)
• ham (2.2 oz) + 1 slice Swiss cheese (1 oz)

30 cal chocolate chip cookies 🍪
Was super craving cookies and found this recipe!! Thought I’d share with you all ✨
Ingredients:
• 2 tbspn. Salted butter (soft)
• 2 tbspn. Vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 large egg white
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 3oz (6 tbspn) choc. chips
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 375 F.
• Mix together (in order) butter, oil, brown sugar, vanilla, salt and egg white. Separate bowl mix baking soda and flour. Mix into wet batter, then add choc. chips.
• Drop 48 half teaspoons of dough into baking sheet. Bake about 4-6min!

this is just a rant bc i don’t have any followers so no one will probably see this lolalalala
i just feel like literal shit lately. i’ve gained so much weight over the last five months and every single day it eats me up inside and it’s all i can think about no matter how much i try to distract myself. around christmas time i just started eating more because there was loads of stuff around to eat ig, but then i couldn’t stop. i’ve spent the last five months eating and eating and gaining so much weight and every time i try to force myself to relapse it doesn’t work after like a week and i just feel so weak and worthless. my ed was the only thing keeping me going for so long and i feel like i’ve lost that now. i’ve been trying so hard lately to relapse again because i want to so bad. i want to feel like that again. school ends in two more weeks and i already know how i’m hopefully gonna be spending my summer and finally losing all the weight i’ve ever wanted to lose and not letting myself down ever again
