Best Day Evaaaar (so far this year) 01/19/17 ToC: -Work -DEP -Dinner _____ Work, you know the drill. Helped at Allstate, did my salad thing. Then went home real quick and changed, and headed to my DEP meeting. Learned some stuff about what my job is and what to do (Yeoman). This meeting we took a little quiz. I did pretty horrible, Asian standards. After the test, we went outside and had a few relay races. It was Portside VS Starboard. First relay, we lost. And we had to to 10 four count push ups. Second relay, we won and they did the same. 3rd time we won again cause we boss haha. Half way through, I see PO Diaz came out, and even tho we won the relay, the other half of my team across the parking lot were doing push ups. She then came over to my side, and quizzed us. If the person got the answer wrong, we had to drop and give 10 (so that's what happened). My side of the relay failed the first question, so we had to drop. Near the end, PO Bertrand had my hat, and I told him to toss it to me. And this was the highlight of the day. He threw my hat frisbee style. It was spinning beautifully and went really high. I calculated its landing, got in position, and poof! Landed perfectly on my head! After that, we answered PO Diaz's question correct. Boss. *After that, went back to the office, and I had Portside take a picture together. Looking pretty sharp, eh? Beside FS Reynolds who's throwin a peace sign.* Then I went home, after a long but short day. I only had breakfast and a banana, but my mom came in the super clutch and had crabs ready. Mm mm mmm! Thank you mama!! It was a pretty awesome day. Definitely my favorite so far this year lol. Even tho it just started, but still. Days are only getting better. 📸 1: *check* 2: The crabs. It Runs In The Family 01/18/17 ToC: -Work -CareSpot _____ Werk. Today was a little little tiny different. We had a fire report, which is what we call an inspection. Didn't really do anything different. But omg, around 2 o'clock, I slice the shit out of my fanga. Filleted that hoe. First time I cut myself with a knife there smh. I was shaking, homie. That bit was kinda deep. The knife was serrated af too. When it got really slow, I decided to go to CareSpot which is right across the street next to Panda. They were all so nice. The Hispanic lady, name starts with a T, she was so sweet and funny. I had to get a tetanus shot and it was free (workers comp). And I literally didn't feel a thing. My gosh she knows how to stab a needle in someone's arm. I had to take a drug test but waited like an hour cause I couldn't pee. But when I finally did I was able to leave. Got a check up next week. (S/O to Mr.Tim for reassurance!) Went back to Firehouse to clock out, and ate a sub. Then went home. When my parents got home, I told them what happened. And my gosh, the irony. Sooo like a few days ago, I had gotten a cut on my right index finger (because of a damn plastic salad bowl) (it's small). On that same day, my mom cut her right index finger by a knife when washing the dishes (a lot worse than mine). Then today, you know how I got cut. My dad shows my how he got cut on his left index finger when he was cutting some meat he hunted. Omg. Mom's right index finger, dad's left index finger. Both my index fingers. EFF YES 01/17/17 ToC: -Work -Fish Co _____ Werk werk werk. Stayed an extra hour to help. NBD and I really don't mind. Like I said, work is easy and I like my job. After work I decided to have a sub, and my brother called me so I was on the phone with him for a while. He finally got to Virginia where he's currently stationed, and I'm definitely gonna visit him before I ship out. Even tho I hear there's nothing there lol. Still on the phone with him, I headed home and got dressed and stuff before meeting up with Paul to go eat. Met up with Paul at Panda and carpooled to Fish Co. We sat at the bar, of course. I had a Coronas while he had some expensive freaking whiskey or whatever. And omg, I can't believe how freaking long it's been since I let had oysters. My gosh did I cum.. like uhhhh. After that, we swung by Walmart so I could get a card and box for Aimi's gift. Then back to Panda to drop hum back to his car. Went inside panda for a bit and talked to my girl. Then went home. (When Aimi got off, she dropped off some teriyaki chicken to me for my dogs. She's such a sweetheart) 📸 1: Pauuuul. Pre oysters 2: The effing goodness. BABYsit 01/16/17 ToC: -Kai -Aimi -Outlets _____ Woke up this morning cause someone opened the door, closed it and ran away. It was my nephew lol. So I got up and went to him, he was in my parents room. Before I came in, I heard him crying (not really, just whining. You know how kids are). So I go in there and ask what's wrong. He's like "I want lola and papa and mama." I told him, "aww, well I'm here." Then he's totally switches up, stops crying and asks "you wanna play?" Lol So I watch this booger for a bit. Played HotWheels!! But man, do kids have energy or what? Later on, Aimi came over, played with Kai while I got ready (btw she just got back from Ft Lauderdale last night). She's so good with kids. Kai was working up a sweat lol. Then Aimi and I swung by her house so she could eat real quick, and we headed to the St Augustine outlets. I made her drive. She's not bad at driving but she says she gets nervous when I'm in the car 🙄. Bihhhh So we get there, shop around. She wanted to take me shopping cause she didn't get me anything for Christmas (she was out of town). Anyways, my main shopping goal is to get a nice pair of jeans. But right when we get to Levi's, I just wanna leave. Jean shopping is the worst for me. Since I'm literally 5'0", jeans are always too long for me. I did try to look around but the shortest length is still too long. But it's ok cause Adidas and Nike is what I always look forward to anyways lol. After St Augustine, we went back to her house and ate sushiiiiiii yum yum yum. It was more like chirashi. Should've took a pic of it. So good. Then we went to Mae's and watched Moana. Definitely gonna by it when it comes out on blu-ray. Then home. Fin. 📸 1: Cute, huh. 2: I was tired and sleepy. During and after breakfast I had some cartoons playing. For The Low Low 01/15/17 ToC: -Work -Starbucks -Mae's _____ Firehouse Subs. Werk werk werk. You get it. Then I went home to shower and change before heading to Starbucks. I went to Ponte Vedra where my friend Meghan works. I mainly went to grind up my coffee beans and study, but I forgot my beans. But when I got there, I got a excited "gasp" from Meghan, gotta love those haha. And yo, she hooked me up with a frappuccino. My dawwwwg. I took a seat, pulled out my notes and internet, and got to studying. Later on I got up and talked to Meghan, and she hooked me up with a limited time coffee. My dawwwwg. Gotta love having a Starbucks plug. The manager was cool, so I stayed there past closing until my friend got off. We went to chill at Mae's afterwards. Wasn't planning on staying long, but when you're with good people having good conversations, time flies. Oh yeah, when Meghan got off, she was able to get a bunch of leftover stuff. I'm A Dog Person, If You Can't Already Tell 01/14/16 ToC: -Work -Kapua -All Day Vape -Ale House _____ I should probably stop putting "work" in the ToC. Pretty much the usual. Easy. Easy. I get hungry. But it's easy lol. I do like my job btw. I'm just ready for the Navy. 📸 1: Went home, and Kapua dabbed on yo azz. 2: Dog filter, wassup --- Around 7 I went to this vape shop called All Day Vape. I wanted to see if they had the color mod I wanted to get for my gf. But they didn't. Had a nice little chat with this dude Pat who works there tho. Learned a little about building coils and stuff. After that, I met up with Paul at Ale House. There was a football game (Pats vs Texans), so it was slightly packed. Luckily I found two seats at the bar. Before Paul got there, I was talking to the man next to me. He was in the Navy and we had a nice chat until Paul got there. We drank a little and had some fries. Talked about snowboarding and Aimi's bday. Then a little later Meghan came along. And we all just chilled and stuff. You know, what people do when they eat out lol. Thennnn went to Walmart to get milk. Fin.

📸 1: So Aimi had to leave, again again (left In December twice for work and then family). This time she had to go to Ft Lauderdale for this Landmark class. We went to Walmart when she got off work. This shot was taken at like 12:19am. It was kinda yesterday’s pic, but time wise I just post it for this one lol. Playing with my Bluetooth shutter again. 2: Birthday boy, Alan. Excuse the quality, it’s the only genuine smile I could get. The party was fun. I made this (ghetto) piñata, but it was still legit lol. Something for these wild kids to swing at. 3: Missing Aimi and Meghan in the pic, but these are my people (Kris is cut off). I’ve worked with them, party with them, and just relax and chill. ToC: -Work -Drilling -Kapua bae _____

So usually on Thursdays, I go to Allstate for work, but one of the dudes I work with was a no call no show. So I stayed at the store and sliced. Pretty darn easy, I just need to work on my speed.

After work, went to my DEP meeting. I was ready to PT, I ate a banana and hydrated well. I was pump. Buuuut we ended drilling. They split us up into two groups, Starboard, whom don’t know much about drilling, and Portside, whom know how to to drill. Me, being a 4 year drill team alumni (lol), I was put into Postside. Man, did I miss drilling haha. It’s been a while but I still know my stuff. It’s not something you just forget. Plus I was pretty passionate about it in high school. Before the meeting was over, both Starboard and Portside were assigned a Yeoman. I volunteered. Hunger Game style. Yeoman pretty much just does paperwork or whatever. I don’t really know but I felt like being extra haha.

It Look Like Up To Me 01/11/17

ToC: -More Thomas! -Post Work things -Catching Up/Navy Talk _____

Oh yeah, you guessed it. My morning was filled with more adventures of Thomas and Friends. And yes, I lost ever single time. Every time my nephew sees me now, he says “Jojo wanna play?” How could I say no tho. Eventually I had to go to work, but he was asking me if we could play when I get back. I told him that I would, only if he’s good while I’m gone. I said “I’ll ask Lola if you were good. I’ll only play if you are.” He said ok lol. Then work. Same old same old. It was a little eh cause I think we were short a person, and it was somewhat steady. But it was still a good day.

I get back home and I’m greeted by my dogs right when I get out my car ☺️☺️. And then immediately my nephew asks to play with me. But first he was gonna go ride his bike so I went inside. And boom! Package for me on the counter! I was excited for this one cause it contains the atomizer for my girlfriend. Authentic and best price I’ve seen. Along with that I got a screen protector for my phone, this Bluetooth camera shooter, and two other things that aren’t worthy enough to mention.

Soon enough, my nephew comes in my room asking and asking to play. But I had to give my dogs a bath. I messed around with my camera shooter and inspected the atomizer. And put the screen protector on.

Then finally played with my nephew and ate some dinner. I felt bad for making him wait, so I gotta make it up to him. After dinner, I went to the store to get a bottle and meet up with some friends. My friend Shaun was on leave from the Navy. I’ve known him since the beginning of high school. Went to his place, and Chris (another from high school) and Brenda (homie g skillet biscuit) were there. We played some water pong, and that’s how I found out I really suck. It was good catching up, talked a lot about the Navy. Got me even more excited. I’m so ready to leave.. But yeah, it was nice and chill. It’d be dope if I were to get stationed with either one of them.

Then I went home. The end.

Thomas The Train: DC Minis 01/10/17

ToC: -Breakfast w Kai & Thomas -Dinner w Kai & Thomas _____

Had a good sleep. This morning I started eating breakfast at the table with my mom. When my nephew woke up, he was quiet as usual. But my mom buttered him up and then he wouldn’t stop talking lol. Him and I started playing with his little toy trains. He would pick one, then I’d pick one, and so on. There are about 13 of them, so we had 6 and 7 each. The game is like a battle. Not really a game, just kinda like make them fight like dolls. Of course I’d always lose lol. Eventually I had to go to work, and that’s when he started to just cry cry cry. I guess he was having so much fun lol. Of course I try to cheer him up before I go, so I tell him we’ll play when I get back from work.

So I go to work. Usual, easy, same old.

Come back from work, he’s not home yet and my mom just picked him up from day care. I do my thing and eat and take care of some stuff around the house. When my mom and Kai get back home, he’s is just ready to play. While we’re playing, my dad was feeding him dinner, so I’d make sure he would pause and eat. He was so good lol. After a good 100 rounds of him winning and me losing, I hide in my room. Half way thru playing, I was already getting sleepy. I’m getting old lol. But really, I haven’t gotten good sleep the past couple days so I was feeling tired. A little later, I came out of my room to get some water, and Kai and my mom and dad were in the living room watching a movie. On the way back to my room, Kai notices me, turns his head 180 and ask "Jojo, wanna play?" Lmao. Just the way he said it was like quiet and tired, so it was like creepy scary. It's like an endless cycle haha.

And yeah, that pretty much sums up the day.

Out and About 01/09/17 ToC: -Balloonz & Chores -Ramen -AMC24 -QBall _____ Gotta start out by saying, today was a good day. Woke up and had breakfast with my lil nephew. I had a coffee with a hot chocolate packet and cool whip. Not bad lol. While Aimi was working, I decided to touch up my room a bit and clean my bed sheets. While I was cleaning, my nephew was looking around pointing at things and wanting to play with it. We ended up playing with this plastic balloon thing (popular in the Philippines. So nostalgic). Eventually him and my mom went out so I just continued with my cleaning. Then later on when Aimi got off, we went out to eat with Mike (brother) and their mom. We went to Hangar Bay Cafe, a ramen and chicken joint down in Mayport. My friend Asia works there, and damn, her customer service is on point haha. The chicken was pretty dank, and the ramen was not too bad. To be honest tho, it could be a tad bit better. Ijs. Especially compared to this ramen place down in Otown that I always visit when I'm there. After eating, Mike split, and the rest of us picked up food for Mr. Tim (Aimi and Mike's dad) (my second dad). We got it from Simply Tasty Thai. My mom actually used to own a restaurant at that very same location (even more nostalgia). It's crazy how much it changed, but honestly it looks incredible. Oh and two people I went to high school with work there. We said hi lol. Thennnnn we dropped off Mrs Annie (momma) back home, and Aimi and I went to Walmart. A few weeks ago, my coworker, Riley, and I had planned to see a movie, so I had to get some snacksnackcity so I could have something to munch on in the theaters (you a fool if you buy snack from the theaters lol. taxtaxcity bih) So my girl drops me off the the movies, and I met up with Riley. She snuck in some Pocky lol. It was her first time in the reclining movie theater seats. I'm outchea changing lives. But yo anyways, I've watch this movie, Princess Mononoke, a few times before, but watching it in theaters was like a whole new experience. The quality and the sound and everything, it was definitely worth it. After the movie, Aimi picked me up and we went to QBall. It's been so long since we last went. We used to go here at least once a week, staying for hours and hours, eating and drinking.. Shit was not cheap lol. Just like before, I whooped dat ass. Babygirl knows I'm competitive. She did beat me in the practice round, and maybe 2 more games after that. I'm proud of her. And that pretty much sums up my day. Bae and Lay 01/08/17 ToC: -Metro Diner -Relax _____ This morning, woke up wanting a hardy breakfast (like every day). My girl invited me over, but I wasn't in the mood for soup, so we went to Metro Diner. The last time I went (which was the first time) I had a slight hang over so I couldn't really enjoy my food. My girl, her name is Aimi btw and you'll be hearing a lot more of my days with her, ordered the chicken and waffles. I decided to try something new, which was some kind of creamed beef something on a hash brown. It wasn't as good as I thought it'd be lol, but hey at least I know now. Afterwards we went to her house and relaxed and watched some movie called IT. About this dude who's really good with computers but he's a psycho. Then Aimi had to go to work so I went home. Tried to take a nap but woke up like 30 min later cause my sister came over and she's louder than my nephew. But for the rest of the day I pretty much relaxed. I try not to go out cause I'm so loose handed with money. I watched a few episodes of DBZ Super. I never finished the first series tho. But das ok haha. 📸 Breakfast at Metro Diner. Vape 01/07/17 No ToC really needed. Pretty just went to work, and then home. Vaped hard all day lol. When I got home, I took care of some chores, and looked up reviews on mods and starter kits for my girl's upcoming bday. Ended up spoiling the surprised cause I wanna make sure to get the color she wants. I'm just upset that she wants to pay for half of it... it's a gift, yeesh (not gonna let that happen). But yeah, pretty much it. 📸 After work, it was another beautiful sky. Weather is getting a lil chilly tho. Brr

I love working and getting a fat check, but it was so nice to finally have a day off.
Started out my morning right by having breakfast at my girl’s house. And man, did I have options. Rice, curry, breakfast sausages, egg, clam chowder, and ider what else haha. 
After we stuffed our bellies, we relaxed and watch Spirited Away. I actually fell asleep tho. But after being away from each other for a couple weeks, it was so nice to spend time with her. I can’t describe how happy she makes me. She just knows me, and she’s just so dorky lol. Always a good time with her. 
Then when she had to go to work, I went home and my mom and I went to get sushi. We went to Fuji Sushi by Regency. Tbh, I was a little iffy about this spot because of its location, but surprise surprise. Quality of the food was not bad and the service was great. The wait was a tad long but it was getting to peak hour. 
All in all, I had a fantastic day.

WAVY 01/05/17 ToC: -DEP Meeting After work today, I went straight to me meeting. Keeping it kinda low key, but I'm joining the Navy, and there's a meeting every Thursday, but it's been like 3 weeks since the last one because of winter break/holidays. I was a little worried about this meeting because they tested us on curl ups, push up, and a mile and a half run. I knew about it since before the break, but I haven't exercised at all. In fact, I don't remember the last time I did.. buuuut I don't think I did too bad. And they (recruiters) only made us run not even a mile. Although I got some training to do, I feel pretty good and confident about it. Then after the meeting I went home, took my babes for a walk, and then dug into some Chinese food. And yo lemme tell you, I eat like freaking crazy after a work out. It's crazy cause I literally didn't even break a sweat during the pft test (probably cause it was cold), but my appetite is monstrous. (It's currently 11:30 and I just finished eating again). But hey, I love food so nbd haha. 📸 So my girl's bday is coming up. I'm planning on getting her a mod (vape). I know exactly what to get, and I've already got an atomizer otw. So today, some juice came in the mail. I absolutely cannot wait to vape it, but I'm going to steep it until her bday. This will be part of her gift, cause what's a mod without ejuice? I'm just waiting for the mod to come out with a specific color cause it's actually brand new to the market, but idk when that'll be.. Soon hopefully. If not, black it is lol. Btw, peep the shirt 😏⚓️

Work wasn’t bad. Stayed an extra 2 hours. More pay, can’t complain. Then I just went home and watched some anime. Finished up Kamisama Kiss and One Punch Man. Hated the ending on KH, and I’m ready for OPM season 2. Now on to the next anime! Thinking about catching up on Attack on Titan manga. And definitely Naruto, man I’m so behind lol.

Btw… Anime is, and always will be, life. If ya didn’t know, now ya know, niggaaaa

New Years Resolution: Save Money..? 01/03/17

Didn’t spend too much and I had a good day. Looking back at my first post, I’m not doing much to back up what I said. Haven’t really put much inspiration in my posts so far.. it’s just kinda boring. Well, I’ll try to change that. For now, this is all I have to bring to the table.

Anyways, Bj’s is probably one of my favorite restaurants, even tho they don’t serve sushi! Went there during happy hour and got appetizers for half price. Sooooo good. Got avocado egg rolls (super avocado-ie), calamari (they ok), sliders with provolone, and fried artichokes. To flush all that down, I had 2 blondes, while the homie got the usual, rum and coke. Good time and good convo. We started talking about edc and edm artists, and when I said “Bassnector,” this girl who was sitting at the bar joined in the conversation lol.

Thennnnnn I went to Firehouse and bothered them (coworkers) till it was time to bowl lol. We went to Beach Bowl, and the first time we went it was cool and the people were nice. But this time, employees were lazy and kinda rude. We got two lanes, and when we first got there, the pins were all messed up (we tried the reset button, but it just messed up the scores). I went to the counter and asked for help, the old white dude said something like “ok someone will go fix it.” We waited. And waited. So then we asked the old white female and she helped (not too excited). Then blah blah blah, we played and it was good till the end, where the lanes started acting up. And it was just retarded from then on. Horrible freaking customer service, and we’ll probably never go back there again. That pissed me off for real lol.

Then after bowling, I just went to a friend’s house (Mae), with the bae. Watched some episodes of The Flash.

And that’s pretty much my day.

Dang I don’t realize how much I write. Well, long story short, check the “table of contents” haha
