Hey all!

I’m going to use this opportunity to say: Strawberry clouds will be going on an indefinite hiatus. There is no simple explanation for this and it pains me to do, but after weeks of arguing with myself I think this is for the best. I want to thank everyone who has ever read this fic of mine. Truly, I can’t thank you guys enough for your support, your love, all your comments and kudos! I love you all so much and I want you to know that I won’t be gone forever! For now though, I will be writing other things. If you want to know a little more about why this has happened, feel free to read on! If not, again, thank you! And also, if you have any cute headcannons or prompts you’d want to see me write, please dm me! I want to get back into the flow of things and what better way than to collab with you guys on a couple of one-shots!

  For those of you still reading, here is the gist of things. Strawberry clouds was a little project I started for myself with the intention of getting better at writing after I hit a couple of very demotivating roadblocks on my personal novel. As such, though it had a vague plot, it never had an ending, which is why after the skateboarding competition was over and done with, the plot derailed and it ended up where we are now. Looking back on it now, it should have ended at chapter 5 or 6, before any of the drama happened. And I think I was planning for that too, until the fic grew popular and I thought it would be a waste to end it now. I say that, but updates grew further apart as I got busy with school and just writing fanfics in English class instead of studying just wasn’t going to work anymore. Yep, that time I updated every week, I spent all my time in English just writing Strawberry Clouds. Without updating every week, I forgot the “plot” I was supposed to be following and it spiralled out of control. It was fun though, don’t get me wrong. I still enjoyed writing every single update, but the essence of it was a little lost. I had plans to go back to the original storyline, stacks and stacks of notes I’ve scribbled down for myself to remind me what is supposed to be in each chapter. So forgive me, but for now I will keep those to myself and move on to something different. Thank you all so much for sticking with me for so long on this wild, wild ride. I’ll miss all your amazing love and support, but maybe, just maybe, you’ll follow me to whatever I post next <3.

decided to put these in a bit of a chronological order as i can’t help but form a story behind the scenes. it’s a storyteller’s habit. and yeah i do have an idea i would genuinely like to explore with gail simone as a crossover comic. 

i don’t want to be the writer for this. but at the same time i always found diving into these things and exploring the character chemistry was the best way to get an artistic feeling for it.

this is also how i usually develop my own stories.

anyhow, while many think this is me drawing some shipping, in fact this a proof of concept for an adventure story  featuring lara and diana. Gail simone at some point asked if they would kiss and i gave it some genuine thought. i am a character first kind of a writer, myself, so i contemplated this. then i decided, yes, probably.

after all, romantic subplots have been the bread and butter of adventure writing since its inception and i always liked that aspect of adventure stories.

 i hope this puts some things in context from my end XD

and while there will probably be a few more of these, there will be no nsfw pics. after all, camera pans away from indiana jones in those moments as well  XD

okay… there may be a chance of a kiss… but that’s about it.
