Patrick and his Sunshine

For the past three finales…

They were together during those last scenes. And for me, this is how S5 ended too

It’s done. It’s over. Now I go back to writing my fics so I don’t cry over this.

They got rid of Patrick????? Just to have Eliza act like he was never there????

throw the whole show away.

This is just one of the many thoughts that I have on season 5 after binging all the episodes today. So there will be spoilers below.

How are you gonna have Eliza, who,at the end of episode 4, hugged Patrick, telling him she'll miss him and him saying he'll miss her too with her eyes clearly getting watery as he's leaving to then proceed to not even have her MENTION HIM or having a "I really miss him" face for the last two episodes.....

It just makes no sense to me. Even them sending him off to AUSTRALIA was not a good decision to begin with.

Season 4 brought them closer together than ever before.... to then revert that the following season is baffling to me. All of that development and closeness just wasted......

I honestly also thought that patrick wasn't even acting like himself in episode 4. It was as if he was his early S2 self before all of that development he had.... so strange

I took the 4th season for granted, and I won't make that mistake again.

I'm currently reading the book. Saw edits of the movie. Gave in and watched the movie.

MOST MADDENING MOVIE EVER.

The most complicated love triangle with a messy girl disappointing an absolute golden retriever set against beautiful scenery.

I was on the edge of my seat for TWO HOURS.

If that's the film, I'm excited to continue reading the book📚

Anyway, I love that BE and GO ended up together. 7.5/10

I'm gonna get back into ✍️📖📜. ✨️There's so much inspiration around ✨️ I have a few I'm working on but gotta to find out where to publish 🔍

I'm worried that I'm gonna run out of period drama stories to read/watch 😓

North and South vibes

Move over ACGAS, the Hardacres are in town!

Good old-fashioned television.

This is one fantastic show, an absolute fave and I can't wait for season 2!

4/5 because there wasn't enough music and they misrepresented the corset.

But other than that, I highly recommend!

Side note: Joe Hardacre is a walking red flag 🚩

Fully in love with The Hardacres. IT. HAS. EVERYTHING. Cried multiple times watching it and laughed just as much.
