Hey kid, look at me.

I want you to T-pose. Turn your right thumb up and your left thumb doen and look at your right thumb. Move your arms up and down a bit until you feel a nerve running from your armpit to your palm. Now turn your right thumb down and your left thumb up, and look at your left thumb. Keep your chest facing forward and your shoulders back. Move your arms again until you feel that nerve again. Keep alternating between these two for a minute, or look at each thumb thirty times each.

Now sit down. Put your left hand firmly under your left buttock, palm down. Keep your shoulders back and put your right hand over the crown of your head, very gently pulling it to the right. Do this for thirty seconds, then do it again but with your right hand under your right buttock.

These are stretches for the nerves in your arms, and are very good for people who sit behind a computer a lot, or fibre artists, or you name it. Do them daily. They will hurt in the beginning, but keep doing them, even after the pain has gone, or it will return and you'll have to start all over.

I made this one thinking of how Stone would react to just robotnik being… well himself to say the least

I head canon Eggman having pretty bad insomnia (he needs his emotional support stone). So when he actually gets sleep, he just doesn’t sleep in proper places, in other words he falls asleep the strangest ways. Most of the time he looks like a shrimp at his desk, but he’s been seen also using a batnik as a pillow

my mom just had a 7cm brain tumor removed and since she's woken up she's been talking nonstop about this dream she had about going to an art gallery full of colourful paintings by a 'homosexual artist' named klimsdorf who was ethereal and wise, both young and old... at first she was convinced he was a real person but after failing to find him online she's accepted he was a figment of her subconscious mind and is now determined to bring him to life via painting his portrait herself. she's 67 and has never drawn in her life. and now this. blorbo from her tumor

my favourite stobotnik author EVERRRR cowboymanboy on ao3 has one set in the crab era, called as seen on tv

and the beloved applekitkats has these fics which focus on robotnik's near-death and stone caring for him. they inspired me in part when writing my own :]

and there is one short one i could find where stone gives him a bath :) and then the lovely demetera has this one where stone also helps him bathe wheeeee

also why are there no Sonic 2-3 timeskip stobotnik fics i want to read them does anyone have reccs
