i didn't send this ask, but this is literally me. like even ignoring how problematic jarpad is, his acting is soooo painful to watch at times that i can't enjoy sam as a character. it's not even like the others are amazing actors either, but they're good at being their characters so i don't have trouble watching them like i do him.

Unpopular opinion? I never really liked Sam apart from in S1 and after rewatching I've realise it's because Jared is an awful actor compared to Jensen and Misha. He has a few good scenes but in most of them I see him trying to act whereas it looks more natural for other cast members.

i just finished a 90k word fic that was basically a mystery with some background destiel and like....it was so obvious who the real culprit was after a couple chapters but they were EIGHTEEN TOTAL. and the culprit wasn’t exposed til like the end of ch.16 and ch.17 killed him and the 18 was just a basic epilogue where they got to kiss and i just agshsnnsnsns. i kept expecting the mystery to get resolved so much quicker considering how obvious it was and then we’d get some good heller content but no. NINETY THOUSAND WORDS i read with an internal screaming monologue about who is clearly behind it all and yelling at the boys for being dumb fucks. nnnnnnnnnnnnn

hes sweet and quiet, cas treats him like a dog and names him delilah cause he thought the calf to be a girl. dean insists he is not. this causes a discussion about gendered names. cas refuses to rename him. dean calls him deli meat to piss off cas. everytime he does this cas fucks up his groceries on purpose

they had to keep cas out of the bunker because there was no way dean winchester could live in the same place as a newly human cas and NOT fuck him. same reason they couldn’t have demon dean and cas interact until dean was almost cured. same reason they throw cas in demon jail once he comes back from the dead and dean dresses him up in a cowboy roleplay. same reason they had dean blame cas for mary’s death. it really was 12 years of frantically trying to cockblock these two because as soon as the writers turn their backs dean and cas are all up in each other’s personal space and about 45 seconds away from fucking regardless of where they are or who might be watching
