I know I've said it a thousand times but I'm so lonely that it hurts. The kinda of alone that weights on your chest and makes you wanna cry even though you have no energy to cry anymore so you just lay in bed and wonder how can your life mean so little to everyone and even to yourself

self harm was something i used to really struggle with not too long ago. every day feels like an uphill battle, but being able to stay clean gives me happiness at the end of the day

Sometimes, I feel like I’m stuck on a ferris wheel. One minute I’m on top of the world… And the next I’m rock bottom.

i felt that bram put my thoughts perfectly into a beautiful metaphor when he wrote this on creeksecrets in love, simon. but, why do i always feel like im at rock bottom? its unfair that the moments when im on top of the world are so fleeting.

gentle reminder that you matter. you are loved and important to so many people. don’t let anyone or anything make you forget your worth in the world. so take care of yourself and remind yourself everyday that you make a difference, whether you see it or not. sometimes, you’re the only thing holding the world together for someone, and you don’t even know. so get out there and tell ur loved ones how much you appreciate them. bc you never know how much of a difference it could make.

Truths that have changed my life:

You teach people how to treat you by what you tolerate.

You’re never asking for too much or asking for the wrong thing; you’re just asking the wrong people.

Rejection is redirection. Better things are waiting elsewhere. Trust in synchronicity.

Here and now is worth being alive and enjoying the moment to the fullest. Not someday when you will have X and Y goal accomplished. You are worthy of letting yourself be happy here and now.

The only limitations in your life are those that you impose on yourself - first and foremost, mentally. So release them.

Work on your goals lowkey, and only share the progress with truly dear people to you, that you know can treasure the delicate energy of a blooming goal, with only positive energy.

When you let go of the old, you tell the universe, “I’m ready for the new.”

Amazing things await you, if you allow them into your space. Believe that you deserve better, and you will.
