But tears of joy when couple coming down the Tahoe mountains honked at me rolled down the windows and gave a two hand heart signal, and then woman in Reno who saw car, looked us up, contacted me and young man in Oakland who gave me thumbs up. Don't think people realize how much this means. In Oakland California for week and half due to my father's illness possibly near end of life. He'll be buried in New York. Caravan put on hold about same time ago. Leaving Oakland Calif. UPDATE. 2+ days in Albuquerque, many emails, etc. sent-no response. BUT, thank Santa Fe Police Department SGT Champlin who spent half-hour talking with me about cases, processes they use, cold cases, our case, took Flyers, possible cold-case contacts Etc.. She has place in my heart. Also thanks Denver lady who followed me in Santa Fe Panera parking lot till I parked to share impact .
