So what the hell is up with the Persona 2 Wiki?

I was searching up something about Maya when i clicked on this one Fandom wiki for Persona 2, and I honestly feel like I'm in a fever dream right now. It has pages upon pages about media that doesn't exist, but takes itself completely seriously. The (seemingly) sole creator and active maintainer of this wiki seems to claim it is not a "fanfic" or "fan-made" wiki (though i could be misreading her comment). This entire thing is baffling to me. Did I miss out on something? Am I being Goncharov'ed? If anyone knows anything about this wiki, please let me know.
