In their simplicity, they held the weight of worlds,

A lifeline thrown to my younger self,

An anchor in the storm of uncertainty,

Three words that whispered promises of belonging,

Of being seen, truly seen,

They became my map,

my compass opening doors to vulnerability,

To the raw, unfiltered truth of who I am,

But vulnerability is a double-edged sword,

For all locks can be picked,

And keys, oh how easily they can be forged.

With each breach, the fortress of trust weakened,

Until the key no longer turned smoothly,

And I found myself standing before a broken door,

Once deemed repairable,

Now daunting in its shattered state.

Three words,

Once a lifeline in the darkness,

Now a bitter reminder of shattered dreams,

They promised solace to my wounded soul,

But now they echo in the silence.

Those three words,

They were my compass through the storms,

Guiding me through the maze of loneliness,

But now they're just ghosts haunting my memories,

Mocking the innocence of my hope.

I yearn for the comfort they once offered,

But the words ring hollow now,

A cruel mockery of the love I once believed in,

A reminder of the pain that consumes me.

They opened doors to vulnerability,

But vulnerability invites betrayal,

And betrayal leaves scars too deep to heal,

Leaving me stranded in a wasteland of broken trust.

But within the rubble, there is hope,

Hope in the power of repair,

A repair that demands time,

Patience, and unwavering reassurance,

Patience that only the most sincere may hold 

A repair that is rooted in the unconditional.

Unconditional proof of meaning once forgotten

A mending to rekindle those three words 

To rekindle the hope and vulnerability once brought by three simple words

And so, I return to those three words,

Seeking to reclaim their true essence,

To rediscover the depth of their meaning,

In their quiet resonance, They speak volumes

Not actually an ask but do you think Wally's pompadour squeaks when you squeeze it? Like maybe the whole cast has little squeakers somewhere in their bodies somewhere but Wally gets to have a squeaky pompadour because cutie!!

- ya know I very much DO think all the cast has small squeakers but with wally's being in his pompadour is almost funny to me- imagine just you were painting with wally but you get a little too curious so you reach over and squeak!

- wally stops what he's doing and slowly turns to you and stares at you. “ ..that was rude, neighbor. ” but does accept your (multiple apologies)

- now barnaby's squeaker HAS to be in his nose and I won't be told otherwise. I'd wanna think most of the squeakers are in the casts hands of sorts. for ex:if you went to hold julie's hands and squeeze them their would just be a very loud squeak that makes you both break out laughing.

a. not share around Welcome Home’s concept pieces

and

b. not to compare/theorize real life events to be related to stuff in Welcome Home

maybe not everyone has heard, especially since Clown is on a hiatus atm, but these are things they specifically have asked for people not to do!! the concepts don’t reflect the story in it’s current state and comparing real life events to a fictional story downplays the events in real life and can come off as disrespectful to the victims and their families,,!

I know everyone is anxious to know what happens next, but please be patient so that we aren’t disrespectful or stressing Clown out by respecting their wishes! he’s said we’re only in the beginning stages after all, like a prologue almost, so please be patient,,!! concepts aren’t always clues, and they’ve said the nightmind crew have found everything thus far,,

this was so rushed, I didn’t want to lose my inspiration. Now have sad Wally. This was inspired by this one animation called Good old neighbor Wally made by Rezmei Seno. Seeing Wally being scared of Home made me inspired to draw and also think of a scenario where wally was forced to work for Home just to keep his friends safe, but things took a dark turn. Might animate it soon :))
