"Hiyori's here somewhere...!" He had little hope but he felt he would find her... Maybe not. "She's always running off on me!" Hibiya kicked some pebbles lying around at the park. Kano was lurking somewhere near by.

"Jeez, he's always following me around. What does this loon want from me?" Kano was just annoying as Momo. But, Kano followed him around, Momo just teased. He didn't to get attention from him so he pulled up his hood and glanced around, pretending he was some lost kid. 

It was useless. Kano could recognize anyone from a mile away. "Kano...? Why do you follow me around!? Don't tell me you're watching over me!" Momo told him that more than once and he didn't buy it, ever.

"War...? Titans?" Hibiya had all sorts of questions. But this just made Hibiya not want to go outside anymore. The brunette shook his head. "I have to go get my friends in Mekaku City or whatever. And I'm not sure where I am and judging by your story I don't feel like going anywhere." But Azami would bring him back if he dies so it doesn't matter. Still, being killed by those massive people still freaked him out. 

"So um.... What's your name?" 

          “Um..?” What a strange question. Usually the kids were impressed whenever the scouting legion was around—who was this child? “Either you’re a dumbass or you’ve just been locked up through this war. Which is shocking. I mean, haven’t you heard of massive titans trying to exterminate the human race?” He sighed, the annoyance could be heard in his voice by now.

          “This is my uniform. I wear it because I’m a.. soldier. Kind of a big deal, you know. I’m protecting your life while you’re doing nothing.” Jean knew very well that he wasn’t supposed to talk like that, especially toward children. He couldn’t help it. The boy was irritable.

Hibiya gave a sigh and stopped, making Kagerou bump into the brunette. "I honestly don't know, quit asking pointless questions." Hibiya knew that at some point Kagerou would follow him since the haze probably has nothing else to do but follow the young male. 

Hibiya wanted the heat to leave him. He thought about dying but it wouldn't make a difference. Snake would bring him back like always, bringing the red haze with him. 

Oh. Hibiya had decided to walk away, that”s cute. Standing up after the brunette had looked at him, Kagerou started walking after him. After all, Hibiya didn’t think he wouldn’t follow him, did he? No, that was stupid. Still following him, the haze cleared his throat, deciding to speak.

"So, are you going to tell me where we’re going?" He questioned, letting his lips form his regular smirk. Although his smirk may have said otherwise, Kagerou really was wondering where they were going.

i like how in the end of Hibiya's death he notices shiro and goes like 'shit' and then just dies i mean me too hibiya me too

"Thanks..." Hibiya rolled his eyes and spoke in a sarcastic tone. How was he suppose to know who this 'Arlert' was? He wasn't even from this time period. Maybe his phone knew? He pulled it out but it was still stuck on August 15th. Go figures. He tucked the phone away in his pocket. 

He gave a sigh and sat back down again. "What's with the weird outfit? Do you like cosplaying or something?" 

The brunette paused, looking down at the child and scoffing. How was he supposed to know? All of these crazy shenanigans were confusing him to the point where he didn’t even care.

"Eh? I don’t know. Go ask Arlert, he’s the smart one and he actually pays attention to the world around us—including outside of the walls. You can probably find him with his little posse." He sounded annoyed when saying the last part, but decided not to dwell on the topic too long. It made him uncomfortable. "..Sorry."
