the funny thing about how ive been listening to the magnus archives recently is that i happened to notice many similarities between jonny boy sims and i (i kin him) and, like him, i have something that is causing me quite a bit of paranoia yet i cant stop doing it but instead of it being looking into paranormal shit and researching the death of gertrude and whatever else its listening to that podcast. i have very intense paranoia and anxiety but i am so hyperfixated on tma that i can't stop listening to it even though it makes me super paranoid.

something i recently noticed looking back on the first three genloss things is that when anyone dies, you never see their faces. first episode sneeg isnt ever really seen after being dragged by the ghouls, first episode charlie is turned into a rag and dies as a screaming rag without anything human being seen, when niki dies while we do see her body her face is hidden inside the stall, vinny is literally hit in the face with a comically small anvil that is never lifted, ethan goes into the spinny thing, jerma isn't seen again after the fashion show, second episode sneeg and austin are both crushed(?) and not seen again, third episode charlie is only heard when he dies, and then obviously with ranboo theres the box. i have no clue if this is intentional or not but if it is its definitely super cool, especially considering the box at the end, and there's definitely some sort of theory to be formed about how they weren't able to be themselves in the show so when they die the part most them, their face, is never shown. it could also be something like showfall doesn't want the audience to see something in their brains or something and it could even be tied in with something with how showfall workers have the masks but even if it wasnt intentional its still a really cool little detail. (please correct me kindly in notes if anything is inaccurate as its been a bit since ive watched the episodes)

im going to preface this by saying i love my friend. he is a great person and i hope we don't ever fall out of contact or drift apart.

now despite the fact that i do love him a lot i cant help but get the biggest platonic ick around him sometimes. the reason why is so because he isn't online a whole lot and doesn't know anything about the dream shit i was explaining it to him and then he said, about the situation, "i hate it when people make it such a big deal when streamers talk to their fans".

now i know he doesn't know enough about what's going on since i didn't get to explain it all that well and he doesn't have all that much background knowledge on any dream controversies or anything but i wanted to punch him in the face soooo bad. like, dude. you can't just say that.
