Hmm I wonder if more neurodivergent people having PMDD has to do with the fact that we’re more sensitive to changes in our bodies and pattern recognition. Like there is a noticeable change every week and it follows the same kind of symptoms/pattern, it feels like I’m just a slave to my hormones
