weird skill i have: i can guess with fair accuracy whether a disney tsum tsum mini plush came from the disney store/park or a department store based on the way its constructed. department store tsum tsums are often overstuffed and look kinda squashed.

my 2 most direct inspos are muriel fahrion and ralph bakshi (as in like i actively go out of my way to study their work) and i think the clashing inspo keeps my style interesting. at least kinda a little bit

i watch a lot of animated fantasies and i think at some point i started like?? mentally absorbing the dragons and stuff in those and it manifested in the way i draw yoshi. i wish i drew more yoshis but i just never have a lot of ideas for them :(
